My parcel made it to its destination with no fuss or problems and arrived in about 4-5 days when I was expecting 2 weeks! Very pleased with the service and the updates on tracking were great! Definitely recommend this service!!! Also loving the prices - much cheaper than other services available!

I paid extra for a collection before 10am and my parcel was collected at 13:15pm. The extra money I paid has not been refunded either. Plus when the delivery was attempted to be made we was out. The driver didnt even leave us a missed delivery note through the door!. Very poor!

Excellent, convenient service. I took my parcel to the nearest post office. And my family received it ok 1 day later than it was mentioned at the time when ordered the service but still it was quick! I definetly recommend it.

sent a parcel then they charged me an additional £49 as the couriers "laser scanner" seems to think the duvet i sent weight 77.9kgs instead of the 3kgs i stated. customer service is non existent. have now raised a dispute via the bank to retrieve the money.

I had a large Dragon to send, (not many people can say that) and dreaded the cost. Parcel Monkey was simple to use, finding me the best prices for the service I required.
One dragon safely delivered within 24 hours.

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey. Brilliant service, clear prices and options and 100% success in organising collecting and delivering.
I had tried to use Hermes and they didn’t show up when they said or the next 3 days. I had a courier from Hermes refusing to take the parcel. It took over an hour to get through to someone, frustrating telephone system that ensures you go round in circles, then cuts you off!
Parcel Monkey all the way now!

After using another reputable service for my international deliveries and finding them not very good I turned to parcel monkey. Parcel collected as promised on Monday and with the recipient in Denmark fully tracked on Thursday. Excellent service

First time user because I needed to post a parcel longer than Hermes would take. The website worked well, the payment was straight forward too.
Delivery was as expected and the recipient noted that Parcelforce were good too.

The company didnt arrange the parcel collection on time. Even after complain to their customer service department, and have a promise that the parcel will be collected, they didnt for a second time. Not reliable service.

Surprised how good this service was. Large parcel to Melbourne from Glasgow, no problems with admin, customs or anything, as we followed their advice. Glasgow to Melbourne in 6 days. i Couldnt believe it.

This company should be avoided at all cost. There is no reason to use a third party when you can just book directly with a courier and save yourself the hassle. If Parcelmonkey mess up, theres nothing you can do in terms of contacting the courier yourself - you rely on Parcelmonkey doing it for you, which they wont. I booked a parcel for collection from my home address. I know my home address quite well so filled it out correctly. It was also written out correctly on the parcel label which was automatically generated and sent to me to attach to the parcel. On the day of collection I wait at home. I receive a text message from the delivery partner stating the time they will attend. They dont attend at this time. On checking the tracking information, I found the message that they could not attend because "Contact could not be located". I did not understand this message. No one came to the house and no one rang me. I then went back and checked the email I had received from the delivery partner. The collection address in this email was partial. It had my street and house number but no flat number. Immediately I contacted Parcelmonkey who do not have a phone number or live chat but is only contactable via a form on their website, which is infuriating as it is. Before they got back to me, I received a message from the delivery partner stating they would collect the parcel the following day instead. I seemingly had the option to rebook the collection myself but, when trying to use this function, received an error message. As it took a while for Parcelmonkey to get back to me, I called the delivery partners customer service line. Believe it or not, they are contactable by phone! They confirmed they only had a partial address and so collection would be difficult. Knowing that, I realised that trying to make the collection the following day would be of no use, if the driver still was unable to locate my house. But the delivery partner is not allowed to change the delivery address for the customer. You see, you are not actually the customer when you have booked via Parcelmonkey. Parcelmonkey are the customer. So THEY have to do this for you. When I finally heard back from Parcelmonkey, they were apologetic but just stated the collection would be made the next day. I stated I was unhappy with this and also asked to have confirmed exactly why the collection was not made and why Parcelmonkey had given incomplete address details to the delivery partner. Parcelmonkey confirmed the address details Id given them and claimed to have passed these on to the delivery partner. I asked for confirmation of this to which they sent me a screenshot of their own system showing my full address. This was information I had inputted myself and did not prove in any way that the delivery partner would be able to attend. I asked again if they could ensure the delivery partner confirm directly to me. They said no. After some hours I rang the delivery partner again to find out whether they had the correct address details. They did not. So I contacted Parcelmonkey again and stated that they clearly had not updated the delivery partner as they still did not have the full address details, so exactly how was this collection going to happen then? They replied that they had updated the delivery partner but also that they could not actually guarantee that the collection was going to be made. All of the above took almost a whole day because you can only email Parcelmonkey and have to sit there and wait for them to email you back. They send you useless replies and do not solve the problems. Instead they leave it to you - the customer! - to liaise between them and the delivery partner. What exactly are you even paying Parcelmonkey for at this point? I decided to cancel the delivery and ask for a refund. This was a complete waste of my time. For the third time Parcelmonkey lied to me and stated they had updated the collection address so the delivery partner would be able to attend. But I knew this was a lie. I thought the saga would end there, but no. The following day I received yet another text message from the delivery partner stating they were on their way to another courier! At this point the collection was cancelled on the Parcelmonkey website so I did not want to hand the parcel over to the delivery partner regardless. A little while later, I received a phone call from the delivery driver who.... You guessed it... Had my street address BUT NO FLAT NUMBER and just wanted to check exactly where to go to another courier. What a ridiculous waste of the drivers time - and also proof that no, Parcelmonkey, you did NOT update the delivery partner, despite repeated claims that you did! A complete waste of time and energy to try to use this company. Steer clear at all cost.

Easy site to navigate, very straightforward.
Once parcel packed, labels added just drop off at Post office....quick and easy.
My son in Canada received it within the specified time....3-9 days. Very happy .

Useless! Took 3 weeks to get my parcel delivered. Had to go to parcelforce to sort things out. Parcel Monkey has no telephone! Eventually offered me 25% compensation. I did not agree but they ignored me after that. I will go direct in future
