I received my bicycle’s box all broken and my bike was all scratched with few screws missing out. I had the insurance that I’ve paid for. I would like to get a refund for what i lost and all the scratched on it. Thank u

Honestly I would advise against using this service. My experience was a disaster. I sent two COVID tests to be analysed within the 72 hour window to enable my family to have a holiday. I paid extra for the 24 hour service to ensure that they arrived in good time. One test arrived after 48 hours, the second arrived the day AFTER we were due to fly. We had to cancel our holiday as a consequence totalling losses of over £900. When contacting Parcel Monkey they abdicated any responsibility and referred to a clause in the small print that states that the 24 hour service is not in fact late until after 5 working days. You make your own judgment. Mine will be to never use them again.

Very disappointing. Got a 10hr window for collection of my package. Had to wait in for 8 hours until the courier arrived. Website was no use at all in narrowing the window. Tried the webchat but they just repeated that there was a 10 hour window and you just have to wait. Not acceptable in this day and age!! I will not use them again unless I have to (thanks Amazon)!

remember to read the small print, i used PM and whilst my parcel got thru, it was a few days late, it seems pick up is not 7 days a week, if your trying to meet time critical deliveries, dont assume express delivery means express.delivery and pick up from your drop off point. my parcel did get thru thank you PM, but please play fair.

20 days after parcel Monkey promised to deliver my parcel within 5working days and despite providing them with a physical address I was told to contact a different courier(Courier) to track my parcel then when I did, I was told to travel to their handling depot which is more than 20 miles + an extra £40 taxi fee at my expense I got there. Then Courier advises me to go ahead and pay custom duty and exercise which came to about £280 and then they produced my parcel which was badly damaged! I refused to take the parcel then got in touch with my initial courier, Parcel Monkey to lodge a complaint. Prior to collection I clearly indicated to them that my parcel was a 43 inch LG smart television and I had declared the proof of value of £341. Of course I was charged about £ 156 for shipping. Now it took Parcel monkey just a dart to acknowledge my claim and the next day they informed me that my claim was turned down due to the fact that my parcel is categorised as prohibited! After they’d taken my money and my parcel they decide that it was a prohibited item? Now I stand to loose £341 + £156 + £280 + £40 just like that. I think Parcel Monkey has treated me in a very shabby, unprofessional and cruel way. They’ve chosen to disregard the fact that their sub courier mishandled and damaged my parcel nor the fact that I’ve lost a good amount of hard earned money in the process. I hope they review and reverse their decision and to at least refund me the courier fees + my taxi fee and the Customs duty money.this particular television was a long awaited treat for my family in Africa. Be human and do the right thing!!!

Extremely disappointing and a time waster! I booked a collected next day delivery courier service through Parcel Monkey and the courier never showed up to collect. Parcel Monkey supposedly rescheduled the next day and still the courier did not show up. It has been an extremely painful process and the mere offering to refund is not good enough for time wasted and the inconvenience caused by the delay. Recommend you do not use Parcel Monkey or DX courier if you want a parcel collected or delivered on time.

Dont trust them for next day deliveries. I run my own business and tried them out, but the driver didnt turn up. Their response was "wait until 6pm and let us know what happens" Not much use when you have an urgent parcel which has to be there on time. Poor.

Parcel force collected our parcel and sent / took it to the wrong depot. Its now in a Manchester depot and not been delivered yet according to the tracking system and its now over a week since collection. We paid over £40 for this and we not happy especially as its content is fragile and am now worried its been damaged !!

As my daughter lives in Milan, the current travel restrictions mean she can’t get back to see us or her siblings as often as any of us would like so the services supplied by Parcel Monkey are especially important when it comes to birthdays and special days.
I am hugely impressed with the service offered in conjunction with ParcelForce Worldwide having used it twice in recent months and would not hesitate to recommend it as efficient and reliable.

Easy to set up, found a competitive quote quickly. Input details, printed labels, dropped off at post office, item delivered within 48hrs. Used many times without any problems, will use again for sure.

Always come up some extra charge after the service. Stealing money from my debit card details without discussion. Terrible service. I am not going to use it again

Terrible service ! delivery driver did not pick up parcel twice after asking them a third time to do something about it all they did was reschedule the pick up , with the end result being the same.
