ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! NEVER EVER USE if you want your parcel delivered on time. I posted my sons computer equipment on Saturday on 24 hour delivery and paid nearly £30. It is now WEDNESDAY and the parcelmonkey advisor tells me it will be delivered in the next few days....What?? The next few days - I paid for 24 hour delivery as he needs his computer keyboard and leads for his school work. Ruined my weeks holiday and my sons school work.

Posted item, parcel force would not deliver because overweight. Parcel force never told me parcel was being held I had to find out for myself now waiting for refund from parcel monkey for not delivering item

Great service easy to use. Will use it again and recommend. Only downside form me the selected carrier fail to give us any idea of pick up time, fortunately, we were home when he arrived.

Used before and was perfect ..so used a second time.
My parcel hasnt been delivered yet, as waiting in customs, but it reached destination in record time, and once clear of customs, sure it will be deliverd just as speedily.

Have been using Parcel Monkey for some time now and the site is really easy to use even at my age and you get a good selection of options of couriers to use at very competitive prices, I always use the Parcel Force service and they deliver on time even in Scotland.

Abysmal... is the work that comes to mind when describing my experience with PMUK. Lack of professionalism and taking responsibilities for their mistakes. I have used their service 3 times... and the second two times have been very frustrating and angering. I have experiences problems with every process a parcel goes through... from getting my parcels picked up, being in the depot, sending off the the forwarding address, being on hold there, and being delivered (IF delivered.... 4 out of 12 parcels havent arrived during the last 2 times I used this service. I have had parcels delivered brokern and opened, not being able to reuse the boxes. I have had parcels kept held in the depot without my knowledge. I have had my parcles lost and untrackable. I do not suggest this service to anyone, as it is a very stressful thing to go through, especially being in another country and not being able to get hold of the people responsible.

Nice easy website to use and get all the quotes in one go. My parcel was booked in for collection and the labels were emailed for me to print. I cant say anything negative as my parcel was collected on time and delivered the next day

Order placed, labels emailed and package picked up within 24 hours - arrived at final destination in 5 days. Was able to track the parcel the whole way! Excellent service will definitely use again!

Absolutely terrible service from their contractor DPD in Germany - blatant lies from them & Parcel Monkey not willing to assist.I have lost money due to this & I am very unhappy - beware DPD Germany & good luck if you expect a reasonable reaction from Parcel Monkey

ParcelMonkey UK is a great to book parcels with,good communication on collection and delivery by email and fast next day delivery
Being able to book late in the evening for next day pick-up is very convenient.
Very reasonable cost and low price to add extra insurance for higher priced contents.

I have never written a poor review like this one. I felt it was my duty to insure people are aware of what a bunch of cowboys this company really is. They took my large 25kg suitcase (parcel) for which I followed all processes as requested. Added everything I was asked to in terms of paperwork. Included colourful string to identify it more distinctly and even took a photo of it before I sent it. ParcelForce picked my luggage, next day, ParcelMonkey take my payment after which the experience from hell begins. The tracking is stuck on "5/10/2020 23:28 SOUTH EAST PROCESSING CENTRE Sorted". For over nearly three weeks I tried to find out what happened. No detail at all provided. I even gave them the photo so they can identify the luggage clearly. also, NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY. What does that say about them? The customer service is appalling, like the worst Ive EVER come across. None of them give a single ounce of care. Here is their response on advising me that ParcelForce have lost a large suitcase and will not attempt to find it. This response was nearly a month after my suitcase (parcel) was picked up. Jess from Parcel MonkeyThursday 22nd October 2020 @ 15:58 Hello, I am very sorry to hear you have had trouble with the service secreted via our website. Unfortunately the carrier made searches for your item however we regret to inform you that they have deemed your parcel was lost. Kind regards, Jessica Notice no detail on where and how this massive suitcase was lost. What did they do in attempt to find it?? Sure I put my hands up on the fact that I didnt get insurance due to budget reasons but I didnt realise the risk of losing a MASSIVE heavy locked suitcase was so high. Also the fact that they just gave me an apology similar to one of a conductor advising of a train delay! No attempt in saying that we will keep trying to instruct ParcelForce to keep trying to find it or refund you for the loss of your property, inconvenience caused and not performing our contractual obligation!! Nothing of sorts! The luggage containing all of my professional clothes, Im currently unemployed and looking for a job and advised ParcelMonkey of this but NOT THEIR PROBLEM. My final point would be that how can Parcel Monkey taking my money and their courier ParcelForce taking my property, leaving me with nothing, not even a refund is right or legal? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. There needs to be an Ombudsman monitoring this company for sure. I will make sure I write this review on every site, blog and even news papers willing to post my review of this shamefully crooked company.

Would not touch this company again with a very long barge pole even if I had one. Not in the slightest bit helpful when problems arose. Not once did they answer my emails correctly. One email reply was bizarre in the extreme with various numbers which apparently were Chinese telephone numbers none of which worked. No telephone number to actually speak to anyone in the company despite repeated requests for one. They are just not interested when something goes wrong. Avoid like the plague.
