Worked really well printing out our own label and then taking to the post office to send by parcel force - - almost £20 cheaper than doing it all in the post office !

An excellent, easy and a very reasonable price. Parcel collected from my home and delivered the next day by DHL.
The insurance cover for the £300 goods price was half the price of the post office. Will use the service in the future. Excellent.

Pick up was arranged swiftly. However i received no confirmation or updates regarding my shipment. Any queries i had to customer service have till date still not been answered. Its been 2 weeks and am still yet to get any updates or my refund back. Will not use this service again

As far as pick up and delivery were concerned, I have no complaints at all. What I object to is being notified the week after delivery that they have made an additional charge on my credit card! Apparently the carrier disputed my parcel measurements and weight, using volumetric weight. I can understand the need to find a method to account for parcels which are large but low density, but cannot for the life of me understand how my measurements (with which I was very careful to be accurate) could be only 20% of what the carrier stated. I am currently awaiting the outcome of my complaint about the fact that the customer is at the mercy of such claims which result in extra unauthorised charges.

USE OTHER PROVIDERS - Got to be one of the worst customer experiences I have unfortunately been part of. I sent a parcel back in April which was never delivered, I was told by PM that the item has been destroyed by the courier company due to damage to the parcel by the courier company and then this was changed to lost when they realised they would need to pay-out, shambles springs to mind. I will be using another courier going forward, I have never had an issue with them and PM clearly dont care about customer experience, only care about revenue!

I booked a parcel to go from NI to UK , originally booked it for 48hrs , but at the last step if offered 24hr service for an extra £2.30 I took this option and informed the customer it was on the way.That was Thursday The parcel arrived the following Monday. When i complained to Parcel Force they told me there is no 24hr service from NI

My parcel was delivered in England and off it went on its merry way ! Had to track the parcel yourself no emails ! By the time it got to Spain it didn’t say it was being delivered till they said they had failed to deliver ! No card was left . Lots of phone calls were made ( to Spain ) and after a lot of hassle my husband had to drive to murcia 35 miles away to pick up the parcel as they wouldn’t deliver again before he flew home ! Not happy with the Spanish end of delivery . Sorry won’t be using this service again .

I booked courier service before with Parcel Monkey
They seem to be the only company where you can book a courier with heavy items or items that is bulky or awkward
However, they are not the cheapest but at least they do get the job done

Parcel never received, customer service very slow,no compensation as of yet ,sender sent 26th August 2020 and today is the 28th October 2020.

The communication for tracking was first class. I appreciate that the present pandemic has affected frequency of flights to Australia and this led to a two week delivery time which was outside your control. A simple message explaining the delay would have been useful. However, we were very happy with Parcel Monkey and would use the service again.
