This was a great service. It said 3-4 days delivery UK to USA and that is exactly what it did. Dropped item at the post office and all went smoothly from then on and I could track it all the way. Arrived in good condition. Will use this service again for my next parcel.

Parcel from Swansea UK to Christchurch NZ now arrived safely in a reasonable time frame and in good condition, so all now fine . However, much anxiety could easily have been avoided by better knowledge and training of the individual courier that collected the parcel from our house. He stated that the label I had printed from your website was like nothing he had seen before and was possibly a incorrect label. He provided a preprinted adhesive label with the address of Norsk European , Colnbrook and stated that as as far as he was concerned, this was the final delivery address, and he knew nothing about a further journey to NZ. When I expressed concern and asked him to check he replied curtly that I had to immediately either accept this or he would leave . This is very poor customer relations and caused me considerable anxiety over the past week. It was further compounded by your website announcing that it had been delivered and signed for at Norsk, and inviting me to complete this questionnaire at that point - which rather reinforced the impression that the onward stage to NZ had somehow been cancelled. May I suggest that to encourage customer satisfaction and to provide confidence in using your service in future, you may want to identify this individual and consider further training, and perhaps make your website tracker more transparent regarding the various destinations on the parcel’s journey. First time user of Parcel Monkey. I booked through them and used Parcel Force with collection from Isle of Wight. UK delivery. All worked very well.

This company is a disgrace. You are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by totally disregarding the T&Cs of the contract. Having paid for a service of an international package, I was told that only the consignee can pay customs duty and they had to travel three hours across country to do so in person. Your terms state that the sender will be contacted in that situation. That did not happen which is against your T&Cs of contract. In the meantime, the customs penalty was $10 A DAY for an unclaimed package. Your service is corrupt. You trade falsely. You should never be allowed to operate. Please do not respond with any mealy mouthed we tried to help waffle and that we are not responsibile for local customs.. Ok, so why not SAY THAT AT THE POINT OF SALE YOU CROOKS. You did not try to help. Nor will you tell me who I can send a complaint to. Shocking. Just left a customer out to dry having been mis sold a service. You are a disgrace. Please please avoid this outfit. You will regret it. I can only think that the positive reviews on here are paid for. They look like they are from the titles of the senders.

Fantastic service. Parcel was collected promptly and delivered ahead of expected time. It was a very large and fragile package but arrived safely.

I was charged double the initial cost after the courier claimed the package was over sized so the bill went from circa £40 to nearly £130!!!! If I wanted to dispute it I had to provide pictures of an item I’d shipped 3 weeks ago! How I was expected to find pictures and yet they accept no (zero) burden of proof I don’t know. So they still haven’t proved it was too big and I still get to pay. I will not use this service ever again.

Fast speedy and reliable service
What a relief to have found a service that can courier from the UK to South Africa reliably. I had a little trouble understanding the applicable consignment code definitions but some google help resolved that fairly quickly and was able to continue with the online portal. Will use again.

AVOID! My parcel has got damaged during the shipment and caused me losses of personal items cost of £180 Despite insuring my parcel, the company refused to cover my losses. They have requested receipts for all damaged items, either new or old. AVOID THEM IF YOU DONT KEEP THE RECEIPTS FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS YOU ARE POSTING. OTHERWISE DO NOT HOPE FOR ANY REMUNERATION!

Parcel was picked up as advised from Hants UK. Arrived at N.Ireland destination undamaged and in good condition and in good time. Was easy to book online. Have used before and will use again.

Had a large box that I needed posting from UK to Denmark. They collected the next day as requested from my place of work and quoted 3 to 8 days for delivery. It arrived at my customers address in 3 days. We were both really impressed with the prompt service. With full tracking I could watch it the whole way if I wanted, however it was so quick I never even checked.
