Parcel Monkey provided an excellent service. My parcel was collected and delivered within 48 hours for a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use this service again.

We chose Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel to our daughter in Argentina. Four months later and the parcel is still not delivered. Although the customer services at Parcel Monkey are quick to respond and polite, they do not seem to understand the issues surrounding international delivery and can not provide advice or exert any pressure on the courier company to do what they are paid to do. They build a wall between you and the courier who you can not deal with. Trying to send a birthday present became an exasperating trial.

Parcel picked up from home and delivered to Australia in 6 days - normally takes up to 3 weeks with other services - plus tracking service and kept recipient updated too ! An excellent service

All went well at first. But the package never arrived at its destination. The tracking failed when the package left the UK and it was impossible to find out where it was. It was passed on to a "partner", but there was no way of finding out who they were. There was no obvious contact info on the DPD or ParcelMonkey websites. Eventually we (me, the customer, and the recipient) found a method of contacting DPD by Googling. At present we are wasting lots of our time trying to trace the package.

Admittedly parcel monkey is just a platform however through their site I selected parcel force. Our parcel should have arrived 7 days ago. So far our parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for 10 days with no tracking update. No one is answering our emails and there seems to be no way of understanding why the parcel is not moved, whether it is lost or what has happened. The maximum it could be insured for was £1000 which will not cover the cost of the kit inside. Next level of frustrated and feeling slightly sick at the thought of having lost this package.

As always, excellent service from Parcel Monkey and most important, inexpensive. I have now used them for quite some time.
If I was to be super critical ... although the box had this way up arrows it was disappointing to see it loaded into the van on its side. However, even if I had gone out and asked for it to be loaded the correct way up, I could not have watched over it all the way to Poland !! That is why we pack carefully. Plus I would have expected it to be delivered on the Friday or Saturday as quoted, but it arrived on the following Monday but in these strange times that was acceptable.
I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey.

The parcel was picked up right day and time.... but there was no receipt to say that I had handed a parcel to the driver and if it had subsequently gone astray- I wouldnt be able to supply proof of posting in order to claim my refund. Oud its policy not to give receipt.... then that policy needs changing. If the collecting driver should have given me a receipt, but didnt - even though I asked him for one..... then he should be reprimanded.

Be exceptionally careful when using this company. If you pay with a card they have access to your bank account and can charge you whatever they want. It is down to you to dispute charges but this will not necessarily get your money back. We sent an item weighing about 2kg we gave a grace of half a kg just in case and 2 day after customer received it we were told we had sent over 40kg in weight so had been charged another £160, 4 times the original cost. We protested and were told to provide evidence that it was only 2kg. How??? If we couldnt its tough. No phone number to dispute just tough.

I ordered a collection for Thursday 22nd Nov 2020 and no one showed. I then tried to contact them, they have no contact number so I had to go onto a chat where they reply within 3 hours. I asked for the collection to take place on Monday 26th Nov 2020. On Friday 23rd Nov 2020, a delivery driver showed up to collect the item then noted it was too big to fit in his van so he left and said he would come back Monday. On Monday then then said they will collect the item, I messaged them during the day to be told that someone had come and there was no answer and nothing they could do. I had been in all day and no one has tried to collect. 2 wasted days waiting for them to collect the item. DO NOT USE THEM!

Was attracted by the competitive prices but this is a trap. I forwarded an amazon item internationally. The item was 900g, and the dimensions of the packages were supplied via amazon and confirmed by me. I used DPD through parcel monkey. A week later, I get charged £10 more for the package apparently being 19cm larger than I specified and is somehow weighing 2.5kg. I complained about the absurdity of this, and Ive gotten nowhere. I supplied the amazon product page to provide 3rd party verification of the dimensions, and I asked for evidence of this new 19cm in length. Obviously, they have no evidence but its not true. Its quite hard for a package to grow by 19cm. They expect me to show them pictures of the parcel yet they arent willing to provide the same evidence. To make this even worse, DPD is using Aramex for the international delivery, and Aramex listed my parcel at 1kg. This is going to be resolved by a credit card dispute.

Absolutely awful service, lied about the express pickup date despite paying a premium for it to which they stated we do not provide compensation for this. My Parcel is now stuck in some random customs centre which I was not informed about and they are asking me to provide documents which I have no idea about and pay an extra customs fee! Parcel Monkey have not contacted my despite me emailing them to ask what on earth is happening to my parcel. Very stressful very disappointing. Do not use this service.

Very efficient and fast service. Parcel was collected Tuesday lunchtime and delivered to my son abroad the following Saturday. It was easy to track though its progress in UK and travel to ita delivery point abroad. The site is very easy to use, providing labels and documentation within 30 minutes of completion of order.
