Excellent service...parcel sent to Amsterdam. Was collected within work hours on the Tuesday and arrived at it’s destination, nothing broken on the Friday. Much cheaper than I expected to send such a large box. Would use again for sure.

5 large boxes arrived within a week. They looked like they had a rough journey and one glass frame was broken but probably should also have been packed better. Otherwise all good.

2-3 day international delivery sent on Monday morning arrived on Friday afternoon, thoughts it would be faster. UK address format on website was different than delivery country, local courier had problems with delivery to given location. This should be by default on the website, when you fill the address form for destination country you get the correct address format and basic information like flat number translated into destination language.

We found it close to impossible to track the delivery because of conflicting tracking numbers. Was this really a Parcel Monkey consignment or was it a Courier consignment? The Courier collelction driver refused to sign the collection receipt. He said hed never had to sign paperwork. instead he scanned the bar code and said we would get a message saying the package had been collected. We never got the message, and the tracking log was not brought up to date.It showed the job had been booked, but that the package had not been collected. We have since lost track of the shipment.

The form to complete was clear and straightforward - not at all complicated. Although it was a large parcel that I was sending that wasn’t a problem. Picked up on time and delivered on time. Will definitely use parcel monkey again. And very reasonable prices. All in all hassle free.

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs. I booked for a next day pick up and spent the next two days chasing for it to be collected! There is no telephone support and no one seems to have a clue what’s going on! The courier finally collected on day three which meant it was delivered 3 days late to my client! Overall a very stressful and negative experience.

Fairly easy to book. Collection made on day identified. Quick response from a Amazon to acknowledge collection. Would have liked time frame as to when it would be collected. We had to be prepared to wait in all day.

I sent a fairly heavy and medium size parcel to my son in France, it was so easy to do, all I had to do was wrap it up securely, weigh it, put the details about the parcel on the form, pay, print out the label to attach to the parcel and drop it at my chosen drop off point to be collected.It was inexpensive and arrived so quick, I dropped it at the pick up point Monday afternoon and my son received it by Friday . Will definitely use parcel monkey again, very impressed.

Knowing the fact that guitars cannot be insured and that there is an increasing carelessness in the way carriers handle the items, the guitar was very very well packed in multiple strata of plastic bubble & cardboard & fragile tape; nevertheless the instrument arrived with broken neck - so I had to refund in full the buyer. What else to say? DO NOT SHIP valuable & delicate items !!!

Once again we paid for 24hr express and a 48hr express on a Monday, the packages arrived on Friday! Of course PM just quote Ts+Cs stating their services arent guaranteed, even though they charge extra for the express and 48 service. Their support team couldnt care less even though the courier (Parcel Force) agreed they failed and we should be refunded. How about just provide the service you are charging for and when you fail give people their money back, regardless of what your hidden Ts +Cs say.

Organised this on the Sunday fo Monday PickUp . Because you cant Tell them where you are leaving a parcel i therefore left a note on the door Plus You can see the parcel in the window and a note stuck to the window sill explaining to go in the porch and pick it up. They missed it Monday and Tuesday and i then had to reorganise pick up on the Wednesday. So that was going to be now Thursday pick up .It then got picked up Thursday for now Friday delivery . Friday came and they tried twice to find the house but couldnt find the house. .If they had just put the post code in their phone Google would have at least shown them the house next door . So now i had to wait to organise the delivery again on Monday for Tuesday and they delivered Tuesday ....8 days for a 24hrs delivery ......Not Good .......So when i complained i got this .... Dear Sir/Madam I am very sorry to hear about your item being so delayed, now although this issue was clearly with the couriers I have to inform you that they were still within their service agreements for collection and delivery. 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. So 24hr delivery means is upto 5 working days !!!!! Not much more to say really ....!!!
