I’ve used this company several times to send parcels to my sister in Sweden, where she is is very remote, not only do they tell her the parcel is on its way, it gets there in super quick time, and at a very reasonable cost. Excellent service

Im very disappointed with the service. I used parcel monkey to send a parcel to Cuba, its been more than a month ago and the parcel hasnt arrived. At this point all I want is for the parcel to be returned to me and get my refund.

First time using the service and DX failed to deliver my item. ParcelMonkeys did help me sort it so it’s not their fault. Buy cheap pay twice or in my case insurance claim luckily.

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel abroad and I will keep using them. I very much like the easy comparison between available services, instant prices and all the other info you need.
Prices are reasonable and my parcel was picked up the next day. It arrived a few days later...what’s not to like?!

Im really sorry to have to give a bad review because Parcel Monkey did do what they said they would do- they arranged collection of my parcel from the UK post office and arranged for a courier- i still dont know who- to take it to Australia. Auspost then dropped it at a post office in North Fremantle. The reason im giving only one star is that once Parcel Monkey had made the online arrangement for pick up which happened a day later, it started prompting me to give a review. Like its job was done. I then realised theyre just another layer of beaurocracy and when youre trying to track or trace your parcel, you have to go through them, then they go through their appointed couriers tracking and wait for that reply, which they then have to feed back to you. So its an extra layer of communication. They need paid too so that extra layer means the service has to cost less, theres less service, less competency. Theyre really a redundant layer. So, if you want to pay a fiver less than Royal Mail would have charged, youre going to get a lot more than a fivers worth of hassle before confirmed delivery happens. 22 days after i dropped my parcel off at the post office in the UK with a p.o.box number by way of address on it- the recipients chosen destination since she might be away on arrival of the parcel- the parcel tracked as delivered. No photo, no information. Just delivered. After days of hassle at my end, and a message on tracking to then clarify that there was a problem with the delivery address, Parcel monkey found out and reported that their courier in Australia didnt deliver to P.O. box addresses and for me to please supply an alternative address. So i complied and gave them the recipients home address. Again, the parcel tracked as delivered but now theyd added in Perth, W.A. More hassle, more messages from me to Parcel Monkey, presumably PM tried to find out from Auspost where the parcel was. They needed a lot of pushing and very very specific questions. Keeping it dead simple! That tells me theres incompetent staff on the case, sorry to say. A week later and the tracking said it was awaiting uplift in the North Fremantle P.O. which Im thinking was the recipients original p.o.box no. A month on and Im still waiting to hear if the recipient actually got their parcel. So i cant advise you to use a middle man who doesnt know whats going on any more than you do, once the parcel is in the hands of an independent courier. You may as well go direct to the courier yourself. W. Australia doesnt have covid so they cant blame their incompetency on that. You just feel that, after uplift, PM has no clue whats going on and its out of their hands. So what exactly is Parcel Monkey then? It doesnt do its own couriering, so what does it do? Its an Arranger, an Organiser, a Middle Man. Well you can do that bit a lot better yourself.

Rubbish. Twice they have been booked to pick up a parcel and both times they said no one was in, I mean we are in all day, they dont even turn up, shocking customer service.

Delivered a 3 days late, and then charged an additional £1.51, 2 weeks later, which is really bad as I have already claimed the charges back from Amazon.

Message not recover from courier on delivery date until last minute in the morning. Surely the courier will know night before, approximate order of deliveries and thus rigid idea when delivery might happen. Therefore on days leave, up early waiting to hear whether my delivery would be first thing or later in day. Only got message at end of hours slot that courier running late, due to delays, but that would happen that day. Courier didn’t call 10 mins before arrived, didn’t knock on door but just left micro grill on doorstep. I needed help to get this heavy box across the threshold as I am disabled so stuck to sort out myself. I paid enough money for this collection and delivery to expect better customer service.
