I have been using the company’s services for 3 years now and had sent 10 parcels to different countries. I have not had any issues at all. They collect goods as stated and deliver swiftly using multiple providers.

A parcel was dropped off at a post office on 15th September and has now gone missing with no tracking info, I have given Parcelmonkey the Proof of Postage, a written letter from the recipient stating non delivery, a signed letter from the post office manager who confirms the parcel was collected after viewing the CCTV. On two occasions now Parcelmonkey say the claim has been rejected by the courier Parcelforce as the parcel was not collected, this parcel was worth £750, do not expect Parcelmonkey to be of any assistance if you have any problems with your parcel, once they have your money they wash their hands of you. This parcel was fully insure too!!! I have sent hundreds of parcels with this company so clearly loyalty counts for nothing. This is now in the hands of my solicitor

Can’t fault the booking system, however the delivery from dhl was appalling!! Left parcel outside in the rain and claimed a 6 year old signed for it!! As it was a gift addressed to a child. I won’t even bother complaining to DHL as trying to get through to customer service is a nightmare!

Mostly a good , simple way of sending parcels. One annoyance is that from time to time they say there is a problem with an address even though weve shipped to that same address many times. This normally gets corrected but the response when the problem is flagged is not that quick.

I have used Parcel Monkey numerous times and still cannot believe the savings. I booked a 27 kilo parcel through them with Parcelforce, 24 Hour Signed For. Cost with extra insurance just under £16. I looked to see how much booking direct with Parcelforce would be - just over £48, extra insurance not included. Booking is easy and all you have to do is print the address label, either from the website or from the confirmatory email. Parcelforce collected the parcel as arranged.

Shockingly bad... arranged collection for Thursday via Courier, repeated emails to say they are comnig spanning till the next Monday. Then get a message saying they tried to collect but we werent home.....its a business address with 6 staff and CCTV, crackers beause even when we explained it was lies they had attended they simply waited till the next day to attend. Overall a week to get a parcel to a client on a next day service.

I sent two parcels bound together which became detached and never made it to the recipient. One item was returned to me and the other is lost somewhere in a Parcelforce Depo. Despite paying for insurance, I have lost my money on the item as it was on Parcel Monkeys exhaustive list of prohibited items. They sent a "sorry it was on the list and please accept our sincere apologies" type message and seemed to have washed their hands and are not helping me find the lost item or refunding me for NOT delivering the items to the recipient. I have asked it they can help me locate the item in a lost property department and no one is responding!!!!

We had originally tried posting a parcel via royal mail in July to New Zealand, got stuck at Heathrow and eventually returned to us beginning of October. So used parcel monkey on Thursday 7/10 parcel picked up from us and delivered to our daughter in Auckland 13/10. Well done, excellent service.

Parcel was not delivered on 3 occasions before the recipient complained to me directly. He then had to contact ParcelForce and arrange for it to be delivered. Might be ParcelForce who have let you down but I wont be using ParcelMonkey again as a result.

I sent an extremely large and heavy parcel from the UK to Germany. The company picked up the parcel from my house (no one could barely lift!) and it was in Germany within a couple of days! Incredible service and the price was amazing! If I would of went through the Royal Mail it would have been extortionate! Highly recommend and will always be using this company from now on!

Excellent website - allowed us to input various sizes/weights to get the best provider to send from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland.
It ended up being Parcel Force and it was delivered in less than 48hrs.
We printed the label at home and dropped it off at the post office next morning and it arrived the following evening - no issues

The first part of the experience was fine. The package was picked up by a really nice young man. It is the whole tracking lets you down. I try to track the parcel and there is no new entry on your tracking system since the 9.10.2020. I have no idea where the parcel is now

The rate is more about the DPD service. The parcel has been pick up late from local shop than planning. After that the tracking is only available at UK and no more information about the parcel way abroad. Also the parcel has been not delivery or not delivery on time, but I cant find any information. The Parcel Monkey chat was not useful at all. Week later still waiting for any update.

The service and delivery was quick. Paperwork a little difficult to complete.
I did worry as I received a notification that the parcel had been delivered and it wasnt there I arranged to have it delivered. Then I worried. A photo was sent with a message to confirm delivery. However this was to the depot. I think this should be explained better so we know it will be collected again. Delivery was 2 days before scheduled delivered so happy with that.
