Complete useless morons!!! I have sent a domestic small box including 50 plastic pens and 500 paper letter heads which is around 3 kg maximum!!! After weeks later they charged my card for another £4 saying it’s laser scanned and correct weight was 16KG!!!! Unbelievable scandals company. I have my house CCTV recording Courier man coming and pickup this small box from my house single hand ???? what kind of world we live??? Do not use this monkey company they are name says it!!!!

Amazing service. 6kg box booked DPD on the Friday via Parcel Monkey. DPD collected on the Monday & delivered to Vienna on the Wednesday. Amazing!! Will definitely use again.

September 2020. I utilised Parcelforce in Aberdeen, which turned out to be a huge mistake. When the courier arrived to collect the returning Amazon item, he at first refused to take the parcel, insisting blankly he needed a returning label (which I had been directed not to attach). He then actually took the parcel, but then dumped it outside of my residence, within a communal area! When I telephoned the Aberdeen branch of Parcelforce to rectify the situation, the lady representative became angry and shouted at me, stating I should not as a customer be calling this number, and how had I managed to reach her! Eventually I managed to confirm Parcelforce would collect on a second attempt that day, although they then failed to turn up and make contact as they had promised. In the end I was obliged to insist I spoke with the site manager, who fortunately was helpful and actually gave the impression he apparently was unique in having competence. He ensured a third attempt at collection was successful, albeit following most of a day being now wasted on my part. I will be avoiding Parcelforce from now on. Its not an encouraging introduction to Parcel Monkey, either.

I booked a collection on the 01/10/20 for a parcel to go to Portugal. The chosen Carrier was DPD.IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP seven days later. PM 73156448735781. The biggest problem with Parcel Monkey is that when things go wrong, it is almost impossible to get the problem sorted out. Emails do not get answered, Chat lines are as helpful as the man in the moon and as a consequence, the parcel is going to be over a week late even after re-booking twice. NOT HAPPY.

The parcel has still not been picked up by their delivery partner. I can see that Hermes is no longer an option as theyre well, rubbish, but DX? Cmon guys, get your selves sorted out!

The customer claimed that Parcelforce did not attempt delivery at the stated time and no card was left to inform him of the attempted delivery. The customer was at home all day.

I use PM all the time to post parcels all over the world. I rate the service very highly. This occassion though they need to sort a problem that occurs when you use the DHL service. Tracking is not avaialble and that is essential for customer communication.

Three day delivery time from Southampton to Singapore was achieved this time so quite impressed with that. Last package shipped to Singapore was destroyed due to apparently being damaged before leaving the UK. Shipping cost was refunded but cost of goods, £55.00 was not. Very disappointed on that occasion.

Firstly, I have used this service before and I would have definitely given it a 5 star rating!! Unfortunately this time was not so smooth. My parcel was collected promptly and on time to be delivered to my family in France. My daughter in law was not at home when the parcel arrived as she was lifting children from school. The problem is: No One tried to ring her on her mobile number, which was provided on the label, to let her know that the driver was at her home. There was no note left in her post box or at her house to inform her that the parcel had been taken away again!! My email address and my mobile number was also on the label and I was not contacted either. The parcel was not left at a local post office but now has to be lifted in Bordeaux which is approximately 1hr 45mins from her house!! We only discovered what had happened when I decided to check what the delay was after we realised the parcel had not been delivered within the time frame provided. I then was in touch with Parcel Monkey and offered to pay for it to be redelivered to the named address, but this wasnt possible. My question: Why was neither myself and my family informed when the delivery was almost at the house so as we could have arranged someone else to be there? Also Why was the mobile phone number provided for Lisa not used to ring her and let her know the driver was there, and Why was there No Notification left at her home. Was a disaster from start to finish! I booked in my parcel with Parcel Monkey for next day delivery. The courier was supposed to collect the next day, but never turned up and I had to chase Parcel Monkey, they did turn up the next day but customer service is very poor. The parcel was then due for delivery the next day, and Parcel Monkey updated me that the parcel was on route. But thats as far as it got, i chased for an update and all I was ever told is "We are waiting to hear back from the courier". So it turns out that they are just a useless middleman in this process, as I dont understand what their purpose is with such a poor level of customer service. 3 days in....I chased everyday and no update and a very angry customer. It then turned out the parcel was lost, they had no idea where it was! And still today I have no idea where my parcel went, and Parcel Monkey take no liability for anything and they rejected my claim for compensation. BE WARNED! Read their terms and conditions, as they are basically not liable for anything, so they make all the profit with no risk and when things go bad they are not there to help you and dont care. So if you are sending important parcels, bypass this useless service and go direct to the courier if you can.

HI All, Do not use this company the staff are very un-helpfull, arrogant as if to say " You are wrong " would not contact the main courier company for advice . Says on there website "Do not contact the courier" (DPD) so I did and guess what they agreed with me that there was a problem with system. I claimed back £57 plus the cost for P. Monkey to send my goods back to me another £27. Chargebacked so its costs them more money . Stuffed them HA HA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Paid for Courier next day delivery. Collection never took place. Complained to parcel Monkey and they reorganised. Courier collected on a Thursday and delivered on a monday. Not next day, right? Not what I paid for. No refund or even part refund despite two poor experiences in a row. Bad service and not happy having to wait for a week for a next day service. If you want to rely on delivery next day, maybe best to book direct with courier? At least you can complain to them then instead of the 3rd party (Parcel Monkey)

First parcel went missing and so far has taken over a week to arrive but that is not down to the fault of PM.
