Don’t know if my parcel has arrived in Australia, The initial process of sending a parcel, mine 20KG except if the box was smaller not all the required labels wouldn’t fit on. I didn’t feel confident that I had the correct labels affixed or whether they were all needed, bit confusing, so I am concerned that arriving in Customs Australia they will be too, nothing to hide in the parcel just 10 antiquarian books.
Not unhappy with system but feel that a clearer list of labelling is required.

No problem with Parcel Monkey but Parcelforce 48 performance was a joke on this occasion. It took them a week. Parcelforce 168 would have been on time, just about

Ordered on Saturday for a collection on Monday and paid for a next day delivery. DID NOT turn up and after calling Parcel Monkey to be advised they had no way of tracking where the van was that was collecting, neither did they email as promised the chat transcript that was asked for TWICE during conversation. Another delivery was supposedly booked for Tuesday, I called on tuesday to be on the safe side to discover NOTHING had been re-booked. After speaking to Parcel Force who was originally collecting and who sorted my collection without problems for Wednesday and parcel eventually delivered Thursday. I will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again, luckily enough my customer understood my plight and was more than happy to wait and good job they were!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting service and treatment

Second time Ive used this site and both went very good. The booking site was easy and well set out,I have no access to a printer so good site for me as it will allow you to find couriers that supply labels on pick up.

I completed my order paid the £22:18 dropped off my parcel at PO went to the bank & saw £51.10 had been taken off my account. It is now saturday 15th aug 2020 and everywhere is closed. I will have to wait until Monday to either sort this out or cancel my order. How can they take my order, give me a price, then charge me way more than what was offfered. NB all measurments and weight is corrrect.

After not evening booking the parcel in for the day (Tuesday) I picked, as I didnt get a confirmation email from DX ( the courier I selected ) they rebooked for the next day (Wednesday) and I got an email confirmation within a few minutes. DX turned up and collected the parcel. I then check parcel monkey website and the delivery day was going to be Friday, thats not next day. I contacted support (again) and they advised that was the case. I pointed out that I had selected next day, and the next day would be Thursday. They then came back the next morning saying the item was out for delivery. DX courier then delivered the item. And by that I mean they left it on the door step, didnt even ring the doorbell, marked the name down as someone who was at work at the time and signed with an X. Now this is not parcel monkeys fault this is a DX fault. Given the fact I had insured the item for 700 pounds as it was sold for that amount I expected at least for them to not commit fraud when delivering Will never use either company and will advised my work/work colleagues/friends/family the same

Our parcel has just been returned to us. Return to sender..no such number. Did it in fact get to the USA we made a one digit error in the street number but gave a correct phone number so could have been delivered if it got to the street in question. Where was it turned back? If it only got as far as the UK can we have a partial refund.

Easy booking online, arranged collection on Monday but driver failed to see note to say pick it up from side shed. Was alerted by text and rang Parcelmonkey.
Nice guy could see note on screen, contacted driver and got back to me straight away saying he would have to call next day to collect...
Picked up Tuesday on, tracked e ending...Already in France! Delivered Thursday, very happy granddaughter! A glitch...Soon put right, well done!!

I booked with Parcel Force 24 hour track and sign. It arrived 72 hours later. I was told it was because the 24 hour service had been suspended by Parcel Force. So why take my money if you cannot deliver within 24 hours. I tracked the driver, and he was only 3 miles from my address on day it should of been delivered, and also on second day it was due. Only by phoning the depot did I get it delivered on the third day No wonder Royal Mail/Parcel Farce are going down the plug hole, and other couriers ever growing! Second time and last time Ive been let down. Will not be using them again. Parcel Monkey, do yourself a favour, and drop Parcel Force.
