I love using Parcel Monkey UK. Within two days of collection my parcels are safely delivered to their usual destination (Ireland) whatever their size. If I send to Australia its just a few days longer. Sending gift boxes is so easy & the service is so reliable. From door to door I can track my parcels journey & its always delivered within the timeslot given. The service provided is very good value for money for too & worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives.

I am giving PM one star because they managed to another courier and take my money. That’s all. After one month my parcel has been returned to me. They used Courier to ship some baby clothes for my grandson to the Caribbean. Despite many false hopes, wrong tracking codes for Courier, nonsense about delivery areas in Nevis Island and much more it turns out my package never left the UK. I sent an another package and it arrived in 10 days! I could blame Courier and do but the real bug bear is the appalling communication between the parcel monkey people and me. They never answered my questions and if they did the answer was tangential to any issue I raised. It was absolutely horrendous and they don’t seem to give a dam to boot. Never never would I use them again.

Courier still havent picked up my parcel and im finding it impossible to contact them to get it sorted! I originaly got the buildings number wrong on the address i gave but i now know the correct number but cannot get to speak to anyone at Courier to convey this info!

My parcel seems delivered to a person I am not sure who. Parcel Monkey uses Parcel Force to deliver international items and the customer support is terrible.

On over four occasions they failed to collect parcel, rebooked over 6 times, also didnt rebook the following day but twice on the following day after that. This was over a period of more than two weeks! so in the end i cancelled service and then they have the nerve to only offer me a partial refund. Will not speak with me on the phone only via emails! totally disgusted, this resulted with me losing a sale on the item to be delivered and a customer!!!!!!

Id give zero if I could, arranged a courier with them, item was 10 days late and arrived damaged, they take days and days to respond to messages (theres no telephone number to actually speak to someone) . Do not use. Use another courier instead, I know I will from now on

If they dont respond to your complaints you can take them to court. The service I paid for has not been provided. I paid for an international courier. When I booked it, it said my parcel would get to the destination within 5 to 7 days. It was collected without a problem and tracked up to Heathrow. This is where it has stopped and where it remains, 8 days after collection. When contacting customer services, I was told the same thing over and over again, that the courier are experiencing delays due to covid19. My questions were not listened to properly. The customer service was useless, unable to tell me where my parcel is and said they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. when I explained that I have paid for a service that has not been provided they ignored me and they kept telling me to keep an eye on the tracker and they even told me I have to be understanding of the situation. If there are such big delays, why was I not informed of this when booking the courier and why have they let me pay for a priority service that they are not able to provide? I am NOT happy.

Parcel monkey offer next day pick with DPD when I paid last night around 8pm it transpired it was Monday. This meant I had to go back to client and explain. Not a very good service. 2 times in a row double charge and then straight after ‘explaining to client’, I do not know whether there’s going be a fourth time.
