My only issue with this website is that the initial costing is totally misleading. To get an initial price the only detail about the parcel requested is weight. My 15kg parcel went from £9 to £36 once the size details were added. This is not acceptable the weight and size must be included in the front page.

It all worked well EXCEPT that the paperwork required one to complete a customs form and pro forma invoice even when one clearly stated that only documents were being sent. This caused unnecessary work for the courier since documents and packages containing something other documents are handled differently; documents involving a simpler and more streamlined process. Please fix this glitch.

I am happy with Parcel Monkey 99% of the time. I just wish that when there was a problem it was sorted out at a faster rate than at present. Having said that it is mostly the carrier that prolongs things. Plus the carrier is the cause of the problem in the first place and not Parcel Monkey. Price wise they seem pretty fair, that why I use them.

A £350 item turned up damaged and despite raising a claim with Parcel Monkey, they wont pay out! They try everything to blame you for the packaging. AVOID!!!!

Followed the instructions on the parcel monkey web-site, entered all the details, made the payment, printed the labels for the parcel from the web-site, everything worked, no issues. Took my parcel to the post office, they scanned/verified the labels I had printed and attached to the parcel, nothing more to do, again no problems, all good.

Excellent from start to finish when ordering. Choose parcelforce Which picked parcel up at 9.15. Man came with label to go on parcel. I upgraded by couple of pound to get parcel del next day before 12.00. Parcel was delivered 10.15 fantastic service. Well done parcel monkey and parcelforce

Gave good choices so that I could make a decision about who to use. The paperwork was simple and the address label easy to print out.
All possible questions about contents and insurance were covered.
My parcel was picked up at the time declared by a very pleasant courier.
It was easy to track and was delivered in excellent condition to Portugal in 5 days. I have used this service before; its excellent value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service again by parcel monkey. this is 3rd time i used for international parcel. if you read the rules and guide lines given by parcel monkey, then sending parcel is very easy.

Parcel Monkey is the best website if youre sending parcels regularly, domestically and internationally. If you want your item to get it to its destination on time, then in my opinion there is no better website to use.
