I rarely give poor reviews but I have 2 reasons for this one: 1. the collection didnt happen on the scheduled day. I was told the driver attempted but I was not home which is rubish. I stayed in that whole day, 8am to 6pm waiting. 2. one of the customer service assistants had a really annoying attitude and was ignoring my questions and just telling me to wait. Very patronizing and belittling when they could have easily just said that they dont have any updates for me or something along those lines. Anyway, wont be using this service again :)

After 10 days they send the package back. I had to pay and the original payment was all gone. I have no idea why no phone number and customer service I fly Monday- Friday. Extremely frustrating.

I measured and weighed my parcel and Parcel Monkey recommended the best rate and service. Paid for it and was sent the parcel labels which I stuck on and took to the Post Office. All very simple, easy to use with simple tracking

Parcel monkey side of things excellent for price and label just let down by parcelforce who got paid for 24hr service but didn’t deliver

Parcel wasnt delivered on the day or time is should have been. The next day it still wasnt delivered on the time it should have been consequently there was no one in when it arrived late. It was delivered on the third day again not on time but received.

Don’t know if my parcel has arrived in Australia, The initial process of sending a parcel, mine 20KG except if the box was smaller not all the required labels wouldn’t fit on. I didn’t feel confident that I had the correct labels affixed or whether they were all needed, bit confusing, so I am concerned that arriving in Customs Australia they will be too, nothing to hide in the parcel just 10 antiquarian books.
Not unhappy with system but feel that a clearer list of labelling is required.

No problem with Parcel Monkey but Parcelforce 48 performance was a joke on this occasion. It took them a week. Parcelforce 168 would have been on time, just about

Ordered on Saturday for a collection on Monday and paid for a next day delivery. DID NOT turn up and after calling Parcel Monkey to be advised they had no way of tracking where the van was that was collecting, neither did they email as promised the chat transcript that was asked for TWICE during conversation. Another delivery was supposedly booked for Tuesday, I called on tuesday to be on the safe side to discover NOTHING had been re-booked. After speaking to Parcel Force who was originally collecting and who sorted my collection without problems for Wednesday and parcel eventually delivered Thursday. I will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again, luckily enough my customer understood my plight and was more than happy to wait and good job they were!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting service and treatment

Second time Ive used this site and both went very good. The booking site was easy and well set out,I have no access to a printer so good site for me as it will allow you to find couriers that supply labels on pick up.

I completed my order paid the £22:18 dropped off my parcel at PO went to the bank & saw £51.10 had been taken off my account. It is now saturday 15th aug 2020 and everywhere is closed. I will have to wait until Monday to either sort this out or cancel my order. How can they take my order, give me a price, then charge me way more than what was offfered. NB all measurments and weight is corrrect.
