Fantastic service

After not evening booking the parcel in for the day (Tuesday) I picked, as I didnt get a confirmation email from DX ( the courier I selected ) they rebooked for the next day (Wednesday) and I got an email confirmation within a few minutes. DX turned up and collected the parcel. I then check parcel monkey website and the delivery day was going to be Friday, thats not next day. I contacted support (again) and they advised that was the case. I pointed out that I had selected next day, and the next day would be Thursday. They then came back the next morning saying the item was out for delivery. DX courier then delivered the item. And by that I mean they left it on the door step, didnt even ring the doorbell, marked the name down as someone who was at work at the time and signed with an X. Now this is not parcel monkeys fault this is a DX fault. Given the fact I had insured the item for 700 pounds as it was sold for that amount I expected at least for them to not commit fraud when delivering Will never use either company and will advised my work/work colleagues/friends/family the same

The delivery of my parcel was excellent, collected one day and delivered the next, The buyer even commented how quick the delivery was, and the price was acceptable, So will be using again,

Our parcel has just been returned to us. Return to sender..no such number. Did it in fact get to the USA we made a one digit error in the street number but gave a correct phone number so could have been delivered if it got to the street in question. Where was it turned back? If it only got as far as the UK can we have a partial refund.

Easy booking online, arranged collection on Monday but driver failed to see note to say pick it up from side shed. Was alerted by text and rang Parcelmonkey.
Nice guy could see note on screen, contacted driver and got back to me straight away saying he would have to call next day to collect...
Picked up Tuesday on, tracked e ending...Already in France! Delivered Thursday, very happy granddaughter! A glitch...Soon put right, well done!!

I booked with Parcel Force 24 hour track and sign. It arrived 72 hours later. I was told it was because the 24 hour service had been suspended by Parcel Force. So why take my money if you cannot deliver within 24 hours. I tracked the driver, and he was only 3 miles from my address on day it should of been delivered, and also on second day it was due. Only by phoning the depot did I get it delivered on the third day No wonder Royal Mail/Parcel Farce are going down the plug hole, and other couriers ever growing! Second time and last time Ive been let down. Will not be using them again. Parcel Monkey, do yourself a favour, and drop Parcel Force.

My only issue with this website is that the initial costing is totally misleading. To get an initial price the only detail about the parcel requested is weight. My 15kg parcel went from £9 to £36 once the size details were added. This is not acceptable the weight and size must be included in the front page.

It all worked well EXCEPT that the paperwork required one to complete a customs form and pro forma invoice even when one clearly stated that only documents were being sent. This caused unnecessary work for the courier since documents and packages containing something other documents are handled differently; documents involving a simpler and more streamlined process. Please fix this glitch.

I am happy with Parcel Monkey 99% of the time. I just wish that when there was a problem it was sorted out at a faster rate than at present. Having said that it is mostly the carrier that prolongs things. Plus the carrier is the cause of the problem in the first place and not Parcel Monkey. Price wise they seem pretty fair, that why I use them.

A £350 item turned up damaged and despite raising a claim with Parcel Monkey, they wont pay out! They try everything to blame you for the packaging. AVOID!!!!
