My parcel was not collected on the day I asked for. Courier turned up till 5 days after which was too late. I did not receive any emails or communication from courier or from parcel monkey to inform me if there were any delays. Highly disappointed by this and would like my payment back as I did not get the service I needed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Quick easy to use. Found a good courier price in these difficult times. Item delivered next day by courier, undamaged. Excellent service to find available parcel services.

Booked 2 seperate collections on 2 seperate days both failed. I paid extra for 24 hours and needed them gone. Had to rebook on the Friday was told next collection was Monday. 5 days after originally booking. Dhl turned up the Friday and then again on the Monday to try and collect the parcels they had already collected.

With Royal Mail being very slow this was a reliable way of getting a present to our aunt. Really easy system and well worth the money. Definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I changed to a new carrier, booked through ParcelMonkey. I paid to guarantee the delivery.
Parcel was collected by EVRI and delivered pretty quickly.
All worked well and good value using ParcelMonkey.

Did not give a honest price of delivery from your delivery people !! Price given was from UK pickup to address in Spain by ups via ups. Was then charged a further delivery in Spain on top of the import tax. Have used parcel monkey many times with other carriers and never had this problem. Whilst parcel monkey continues to use ups I would never use this service again.

You never really know how good a company is until you have issues. I sent a parcel through DPD drop-off, it was delayed by a day but that was no issue. On the Saturday it was out for delivery and I could see it was en-route, only a few stops away. I dont track it anymore and assume a successful delivery. Today (Tuesday) I receive the parcel back with me. Nothing from DPD, nothing from ParcelMonkey (even though they clearly state they will be in touch if a return-to-sender is initiated), and nothing left with the recipient either. I start an online chat, only to be told that there is nothing they can do. They will contact me regarding my claim once they have heard back from DPD, and then the case will be forwarded to the PM claims team before deciding if a refund is due. If I want to get the parcel to the intended recipient I have to rebook myself, without knowing the outcome of my claim. They are unable to tell me how long any of this claims process will take. I ask for them to point me to the terms and conditions that explain this process, but upon doing so the assistant on the chat promptly stops responding. Messages are marked as read but no replies. I am now left out of pocket, with the parcel delivered back to me, not knowing how long it may take to get a refund, and without being able to get in touch with PM as they have no phone number and continue to ignore all messages through their online chat. Ive basically paid £10 to send a parcel to myself.

Easy to select an option and to drop off the parcels which were delivered on time. Sending parcels to different locations seemed a bit complicated at first but we managed it.

The company contacted me several times to advise me of time and location, and provided clear instructions on what to do. The parcels were massive and extremely heavy and although I was out when they came they obviously managed. We had agreed a place they could collect them from. They were delivered within in a very reasonable time, undamaged and at a very competitive price.

Booked an express courier package for Christmas due to arrive 13th December. However, the courier sent it to the wrong country (!) and my childrens Xmas gifts missed for the big day. The issue with Parcel Monkeys is that they are very slow/erratic in response, bureaucratic and unclear as to how they are going to assist: the answer to which was: "not at all". I was simply advised to rebook the package while they hold on to the refund pending feedback (despite the fact it was abundantly clear from the couriers online tracking that the package was sent to the wrong country through their own error). A total fail on customer service in terms of (1) timing and (2) efforts to resolve. PM only works when there are no issues with the courier.

Sent a parcel to Spain via Parcelforce Worldwide Global Priority Drop Off which was said to arrive in 3-4 working days. When I printed the label it said euroeconomy but I thought nothing of it. I rang parcelforce after 5 days as the parcel had not even arrived in Spain and was told the arrival time for euroeconomy was 28 working days. This means my family will not receive their gifts on time for Christmas and my niece probably wont get hers on time for her birthday on 3rd January.

I waited more than an hour for the email to print the label to arrive when it is suppose to arrive within 30 min. Had to contact the chat twice to inquire. I only used parcel monkey for the first time because I thought royal mail would be much slower so was annoyed when the tracking said it was going to take 5 days to arrive. In the end it got there in 3 days. Not sure I would bother with this service in future as its a bit unpredictable and not entirely reliable.

Parcel not delivered to address at all and not at stated time hence no one in Stated delivery time was 4 days after receiving it not 1 or 2 days as stated when order placed Parcel now at local shop awaiting pick up hopefully! No communication with recipient despite having details Unlikely to use this service again

I used it to send a parcel internationally and the courrier said there was no commercial invoice. The parcel has been returned to sender without any notification by parcelmonkey. I am chasing everyday for a refund as the parcel was never scanned or sent. Do not use internationally as they will happily take your money but ignore you when you chase a refund
