I have ever used a courier service and was doubtful. But it was the best thing I did. My parcels were collected from home when they said and to my surprise were delivered the next day. I will definitely be using them again . Thankyou

My parcel is still sat in the warehouse 2 weeks after returning it! Granted you just show the available companies - but my gosh Evri - whhhyyyyyyy!! They are shocking!!

Parcel went “missing” for about 7 days, no updates received from the courier as to the parcels whereabouts. I paid for a guaranteed delivery date with a full refund promised if the date wasn’t achieved - the delivery wasn’t made on time and the refund offered was £7.67 despite the initial charges bring £14.50 - not a full refund as promised in their T&Cs. Messages were exchanged and the I was ignored after refusing to accept their refund offer. As I write this I am awaiting an explanation from them as to why they are not offering a full refund…….. I will use an alternative company from now on !!

Competitive price for parcel to New Zealand with user friendly website to generate documentation, including those required for customs clearance. Parcel was conveyed by Parcelforce, with a small discount if handed in at a Post Office. Online tracking in UK and on reaching NZ. Very speedy with parcel delivered in 6 working days.

I paid for next day delivery on 9 December. It’s now 16 December snd the package has still jut been picked up. It’s too late now. I have cancelled (no acknowledgement though) and I expect a full refund. Shocking service from Courier.

i paid for next day delivery for Tuesday collection, but it wasnt collected until Friday. A complete waste of time and money. I couldnt get an answer from the website via email or chat so ended up organising elsewhere as the parcel was time sensitive, "I didnt pay peanuts but I still got monkeys!" I wont ever use them again.

Ordered next day with DX Express (as Parcel Monkey said it was the only one that would accept my passport). It was supposed to be delivered on 13th, but instead arrived on 16th when I was no longer in the area. They were impossible to contact as their phone number directs you to their live chat service, which didnt work at all, and they never replied to my 3 emails. My passport is now with strangers at a hotel, although they have been way more helpful than DX Express has been. DO NOT USE DX EXPRESS. To Parcel Monkeys credit, they were easy to contact and did attempt to assist me with my issue but DX Express were incredibly difficult. I also wouldve used Royal Mail if they hadnt been on strike, but due to all the issues even they wouldve been quicker than this mess.

I filled in all the details online which took around an hour, as I had to read up on the HMRC codes needed to send an item to Sweden. Finally started the payment process only to be informed by Parcel Monkey that the company I had chosen didn’t deliver packages to Sweden, despite me initially giving the Swedish postal delivery address in my application ! The next cheapest delivery company on Parcel Monkey was Parcel Force. I again repeated the form filling procedure online. This was successful and my cost to send a parcel to Sweden was around £17. The next day I dropped the parcel off at my local post office as requested. I was told by the manager that if I had sent it through them, it would have cost only £9 and they would have done the paperwork including identifying the appropriate HMRC codes! Why wasn’t this explained on the parcel monkey website - that if a parcel was smaller than the minimum measurements stated on the website it would cost less than half the price quoted to send directly from a post office? I was very angry with Parcel Monkey to put it mildly!
