Booking process was perfect. Unfortunately parcel (with EVRI) has now missed two delivery slots and is wandering somewhere in the Scottish Islands on its lonesome!!! With EVRI "chatbot" useless and phonecalls £6 each, might I suggest that parcel monkey work with different companies

I have just started using Parcel monkey to take Xmas presents to my grand children in Perth WA and Wales. I would have given them 5 stars only there was an issue with my box to Perth. No issue with parcel to Wales. I was informed £5.49 would be taken from my account as my box was 1cm LESS than measurements stated and 0.10 grams heavier than stated. Extra charge was because this caused difficulty for courier loading due to space in the delivery van!!! On making enquires I was told measurement and weight should be as accurate as possible. I think my discrepancies were minimal and as accurate as possible. I will use Parcel monkey again but will take a photo(as I normally do)of box but next time I will photo measurements as well and get PO to weigh for me so I don”t fall into this trap again. I have recommended to a friend as she has family in Australia.

Easy to book a courier service. Dropped parcel off late Friday evening knowing that it wouldn’t be picked up until Monday but it was still delivered on Tuesday which was excellent.

I made an order for collection through Parcel Monkey. It was not collected THREE times! I can understand that sometimes things go wrong but I can’t understand when those involved don’t seem to care. They responded quite quickly to my emails but initially without seeming to care or apologise. On the third occasion I suggested they might want to get ahead of things with the courier to prevent the same thing happening again but the response was an attitude of shrugged “Let’s wait and see”. I did get one small apology at one point but overall the tone was as if it just didn’t matter and we could just keep trying again forever. I’ll certainly never use them again. I went with someone else who collected first time.

Placed order. Was told collection date. No courier showed up to collect. No message from the company. On chasing the company, received message - new date for collection has been set up. Very poor service from the company.

Parcel delivery from UK to Paris but apparently just held in a depot somewhere. No attempt at delivery, nor advising addressee where it is located for collection. Booking contract was for a delivery to the address.

Booking on Parcel Monkey was straightforward and easy. I dropped my parcel off at my local post office. It was collected by Parcelforce while I was still in the shop and delivered to the foreign destination in under a week. There were no delivery issues or customs delays. Excellent, especially as it is a very busy period.

Request to collect parcel made on Thursday evening and driver collected at 11am the following morning. I was kept updated as to progress and the parcel was delivered on the following Monday. Easy and convenient to use, one happy customer

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Parcels are never collected when booked. Customer service use automated responses and do not care for the inconvenience they have caused. No guidance provided for strikes e.g. Parcelforce. Claims Team only refund what they think is appropriate and not what you need to claim. No regard to business owners and the time and money wasted on dealing with issues that could have been fixed if customer service was actually customer service. Customer service from a real monkey would have been miles better.

Scam company, clearly not based in the UK despite to. Co.Uk domain. Placed an order. No shipping label sent, just says processing. Their Asia-staffed online webchat read all my requests for support and didnt reply to any. I had to do a credit card chargeback to get my money back. Book direct with a courier website , dont use these chimps.

Item never collect on time or delivery on time with Courier . I was let down by Courier customers complaints 3 time cancel delay delivery so sad as they were expensive and never delivered the services I paid for next delivery.

Shame there isn’t a no star option. Courier failed first time , no communication as to why. Not automatically rebooked then a 48hr wait only for the same again. I can prove they were a no show at the premises and ParcelMonkeys only response is to offer refund and book elsewhere. An utter nonsense company happy to take money but offer no real-time solutions for their abject failure to even provide a basic service. Customer service is awful. Cannot be trusted to even perform basic logistics and have wasted far too long for both myself and my customer. Avoid - use a company that doesn’t heavily rely on the already incompetent Evri brand of useless drivers who are too lazy to even attend a location so easy to collect from that it begs the question as to how they are still in business. A travesty of a company being held up by a shambles of another . Look elsewhere as these monkeys can’t even move parcels.

I received bad feedback from an eBay customer because their parcel was not delivered because of lack of address information. I entered the address given to me by eBay. The problem was that when I entered the address selecting it with postcode there were too many characters. No matter how I tried it would not let me enter more then 48 letters. This meant I had to leave letters out. The address I submitted to you was readable but not obviously enough for the Parcelforce delivery person. So customer not happy with me and gave me bad feedback so I lost my 100%. This was sent to a customer in Stansted

Was told 4 to 6 days and the parcel arrived in the time, with strikes involved as well. Will definitely use Parcel Minkey again

Your process did not clarify things about price and more importantly about delivery ETA. I had committed to the deal before realising that it would not get my parcel to its destination as I’d hoped. It did not clarify when 24 or 48 express starts from. I went for 24, mailed it before 4pm on Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Also, it is impossible to find a suitable way to co tact you when there are quick questions to answer. I am unlikely to use parcel monkey again as I will just select a provider myself.

Realise there have been strikes in the UK but parcel took 22days to be delivered to Perth Australia. Box had been opened (which is fine) but had not been resealed and arrived bashed. Luckily nothing fragile sent

Booked my parcels in to be collected on monday, its now wednesday and Evri have still not collected. Went onto live chat and recieved a full refund and apology after i requested that they cancel my collection.
Evri are giving parcel monkey a bad name, used them for years with no problems up until now. Advice to anyone using Parcel monkey, book your parcels in, but pay a bit extra and use a different company than Evri.
My 7 year old granddaughter will now not have a gift to open on her birthday tomorrow, im not happy!!

The best thing about my experience was the speed that the package was delivered to my family in the US.
The only problem I had was in printing the US Customs Forms. I had to download a special app to do so and it would have been helpful if advice on printing had been available.
