Booked through parcel monkey for a next day delivery of a Christmas gift on the 20th, due for a pickup on the 21st. Sat in the house all day waiting for the courier to come which they never did. Checked the tracking the next morning to see it said “collection attempt unsuccessful” even though they hadn’t gone anywhere near my house. Had many troubles getting in contact with DX Express where they eventually told me that they had not received the booking from parcel monkey and to get in contact with them. Was offered a collection date of the 29th and upon asking for a sooner pickup date my order was cancelled. Had a nightmare booking it due to poorly laid out website and even poorer experience trying to sort out the delivery. Terrible service all round, will not be using again. 0/10

Despite following the many complicated instructions about which labels to place where, having the customs forms in a clear plastic walled so it can be removed etc etc…. The parcel was due to be delivered on Wednesday… no word. On Friday morning I received an invoice from Courier for an additional €20 for some sort of tax. Now won’t be delivered until the 28th… after Christmas and with absolutely no progress updates from Parcel Monkey. Expensive, complicated. Unreliable.

Next day delivery took 6 days!!! Between them and Courier an absolutely shambles. Tracker not updated, long wait on customer service calls and no offer of refund/compensation despite me incurring over £70 in costs to rectify matters

Not sure if fault was Parcel Monkey or Courier - booked a 24hr service with DX through PM, first tracking advice was that they could not find address (client says that they never have delivery problems) updated with same detail and extra instructions and then was promised every day that it would be delivered tomorrow for 5 days. On live chat with PM for long periods of time and all that I could get was that they were waiting for the courier to respond and could not do any more. Asked for the parcel to be delivered back to me so that I could deliver it myself but was told that they couldnt do that. Parcel was eventually delivered and tracked as left in a safe place but could not find out where that safe place was - Client did find it so all was delivered in the end - albeit very late and with unwanted stress

Absolutely terrible! Booked to use DX through ParcelMonkey becasue of Royal Mail strikes. Collection was not made. On calling DX I spoke to 9 different people, most of whom didnt have a clue. Finally found out that my parcel wasnt collected becasue ParcelMonkey failed to include my flat number in the booking. On the upside, the section of their site used for reporting problems is very efficient.

Got charged an extra £12 for my parcel because it was heavier than i paid for. This is not correct as the scales I used are the one I weigh my cases when I fly and they have never been wrong I arranged for the pick up on the 14 Dec and if I had not seen the van next door and took it out it would not have gone because it was not on his list

Why they did not provide any information about strikes that are happening in Britain? Ive sent a parcel through parcel monkey, which then came to parcel forces care 11 days ago. 11 days ago they collected my parcel, and 9 days ago it has been exported from UK. How on earth it takes half a month yo deliver something to Lithuania? They promised 4-6 delivery days, and parcel force said I would get it before christmas. I dont think I will...

I have used other couriers before, and I can say Ive had problems with everyone especially Herms and evri . Ive been waiting for 4 weeks ( UK to UK ) for a parcel from evri .contact to a courier is very important . I have used you twice and twice youve delivered with no problem after service is good thank you

Would love to give NO STARS!!! but site wont let me ..AVOID AVOID AVOID this Company ..parcel to Australia booked and correct measurements given ..then PM take an extra £149 from my debit card saying courier Parcelforce say its 3 times bigger ..sent proof of measurements via photos and still chasing for my money back which has left me a huge financial mess ...you cannot email,call them ..so I have written to media,watchdog and put claim in with a Bank for card chargeback .NEVER WILL I USE THIS APPALLING COMPANY AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

As weeks passed by, the service is getting worst, cannot contact the courier and they can not give info about the item. For delivery booking my 24 hr service became 48 hrs and I got late notifications. Handy for me because it is collection but the problem is I will have to wait from morning till 9:30 in the evening whereas they told me to wait till 6PM. in the end I have to stay home the whole day. DX took early collection but cannot track anything from yesterday 21st of December until now.

I was charged an extra 28 pounds for For 3kg overweight but it was an envelope with 4 pieces of paper in. Obviously wrong!

I dropped my parcel off at the Co-op at 4pm Thursday and my daughter received it at 3:45pm Friday. Just under 24 hours - cannot get better than that!

My package had been damaged in transit and then repackaged at the destination country. Most if not all of the items, which were Christmas gifts for family, were severely damaged. Books had tears in them, candles had broken (despite wrapping them in bubble wrap). Very upsetting to open this up and have damaged/broken gifts for family.

they have destroyed my parcel. charged me extra and said that the extra insurance i paid for is not valid. They have managed to bend and destroy an iron made fireplace. The worst company ever! Avoid at all. all the reviews here are fake. whoever gave 5 stars it is a fake review.

Chose parcel force, it wasn’t the cheapest in the site but I prefer the name to other couriers. Picked up and delivered within 24 hours. Brilliant service

My parcel was picked up on 8/12/22 as agreed. It took 5 days till it was exported from UK. All in all it took 13 days to deliver parcel to Slovakia although Parcelforce promised to deliver it in 4-5 days. What I wasnt happy about was tracking which wasnt working as it should and it was included in the price. I didnt received tracking update for 6 days. Positive side is that my parcel was delivered before Christmas.

I paid for delivery in 3 days, 7 days later and the parcel is no where to be seen. I know it’s a busy time of year but why offer a 3 day service if it’s not available?

I paid a fair price with some trepidatuon to ship a 3+ kilo parcel to The US from The UK. It was in the coldest weather, during strikes by the postal service, the railways and The NHS AND my parecl was recieved safely at its corrsct destination in under the quoted few days for the delivery. Beyond amazing and so well beyond my honest expectations. Thank you. I will use you again for sure ~ you have set the bar very high indeed. Well done. Mike F

I had had the worst of times trying to use a different shipping agent. I eventually had to cancel with the other agent and switched to Parcel Monkey, it was seamless they showed up for pick up when they said they would and delivered when they said they would... there was good visibility on status of my parcel. Good notifications every time there was a status change.
