Delivery delayed for weeks on end, item never arrived, parcel Monkey dont help one bit ! never will i use this company again , steer clear ! they are a joke .

Joke of a company. Took me over 12 hours to get a reply from the live chat. Now the consignment cannot be tracked. No longer in the system Parcel Monkey say I needed a picture of the driver with MY parcel in his hand entering in his van. What an absolute joke. Steer well clear. Much better alternatives about.

They did not another courier saying I was not at home but I actually was. I never heard of a knock and they did not call me to inform they are here. Parcel force did not collect my item and I want refund

My parcel was on a 48hr delivery, My delivery started on the 2nd of December and finally arrived on the 14th thats 12 DAYS! During this 12 days I phoned Parcelforce who told my that they hadnt collected my parcel even though it showed on their tracking page. I was told that it had been collected by Royal Mail by mistake and to take it up with them which I did, spent hours chasing even going to the sorting office but got nowhere. Parcelforce customer service were very unhelpful and I missed my deadline to get refund for the product I had returned. I will never use this service again!

Have used ParcelMonkey for years to send Christmas parcels to family in Australia. Website is easy to navigate. Customs declaration is very straightforward. Documents and labels arrive quickly. Prices are great. This year, parcel was delivered in perfect condition in a week. Great service. Thank you.

Tried using Parcel Monkey for the second time sending to the same address as before. After days it shows delivered in the system however it’s still in the country (sending abroad) stuck at a depot. I have to contact them (they didn’t let me know) and I’m then told the post code doesn’t exist even though they’ve sent to that address before. They keep asking for a new post code but that’s the address I want it delivered to so I told them to just return my parcel. It’s now been over a week and they aren’t responding. I’ve got a valuable parcel which they won’t return to me and is just sitting somewhere while it’s meant to be delivered already. What a scummy company to accept a parcel and address only to do nothing with it for almost a week and stop responding to customers. I want my parcel so I can send it with an actual courier and not a company that just collects from somewhere and drops it off to an actual courier. All you’re doing is adding an awful middle man. Disgraceful service.

I was trying to send a 6kg parcel to Bosnia and was amazed at how bloody complicated this system is compared to DPD and parcel force as examples I have recently used. It constantly kicking you out and back to start again. It say you can save an address which l did but couldnt find how to retrieve it to save going through all the rigmarole again, after 2 hours l finally got to the payment stage, entered my card which was accepted, pressed the pay butoon and nothing happened then again and again then a message saying we are unable to send parcel on the given information or something like that. What a complete waste of time

Ueless service. Poor communications platform. Their service provider (Evri) failed to arrrive to collect package. You are far better off using the Post office.

ordered a parcel force delivery and was sent a php file, which is USELESS and not a PDF with the labels, which i COULD NOT OPEN despite trying various apps. I re-booked with Parcel force direct same service same price immediately, as i has a deadline, contacted Parcel clowns, sorry monkey, requesting a refund there is NO PHONE number anywhere only email which says we will get back to you within 3 hours, and WAS IGNORED a week ago still nothing....Shyster outfit Not the first time I had a similar experience with parcel 2 go, same NON RESPONSE even using RESOLVER made no difference....We have your money now go away!!!!! AVOID.... use the chosen services OWN website for bookings...

I have used Parcel Monkey a few times before. Website is easy to use and all the services available are clear and easy to see if you need a printer etc. Also like the personal dashboard so you can see the parcel journey. I used UPS drop off and my parcel was with recipient within 24 hours! Really happy. The price was also very reasonable.
