Very easy to use and fast delivery

I sent a parcel with accurate measurements and weight and was subsequently charged extra because the courier measured them differently. However the measurement and weight given were so inaccurate 18kg rather then the 5kg my parcel was and 60cm length rather than 45cm that I assume they have allocated my code to the wrong parcel. However it seems there is no way to challenge that without a picture of my original parcel which has of course been sent , received the packaging disposed of. So, if your seeming a parcel take pictures including the measurements so that you have evidence…..not a comfortable way to have to be

Dismal. Paid for next day delivery. Delivered 4 days late. Company refusing refund and referring me to small print. Terrible service. Do not use them.

First time user and absolutely no issues. Selected Parcelforce 24 and the package was collected on Friday afternoon, reached its destination depot on Saturday morning and was delivered first thing Monday morning as expected. Given the postal strikes, poor weather and the run up the Christmas Im very happy with the Parcel Monkey process and Parcelforce 24

Awful! Booked on 15th December 22 for my nieces Christmas present, didn’t turn up. Apologised and then said someone would come today! Didn’t turn up again. I asked would they put on a 24 hr with a courier as it was for my 4 year old nieces Xmas present. Nope told me to cancel and rebook, asked what guarantee they’d give me someone would actually show up? Er none! I’m livid as I booked on 15th. The bonus they get to keep my money for 5 more days! Outrageous company, outrageous customer service, left me disappointed never again! Will be recommending to my 200 plus customers also not to use them!

LEGALISED ROBBERY This company are conning people by stating excess volumetric weight and charging an insane amount thats on top of the delivery charge already paid. This money is then withdrawn from customers bank accounts before youve been given an opportunity to submit evidence of size/weight Surely this is an illegal practice or maybe just legalised robbery via a loophole. I shall be consulting legal advice and take them to small claims court to retreive the money they have taken from my account without prior permission or authorisation to do so, many hours wasted trying to find a way to talk or message them ah sorry; you dont get the first option. Absolutely disgusted by the way i have been conned which is why i shall endeavour to get reimbursement through the legal system

This was abysmal- organised on Wed for collection on Thurs, didnt happen Friday nor Sat, went onto Support chat for over 2hrs with no response whatsoever so had to reschedule collection for Monday. I got no response from chat system until Monday when I was advised the parcels werent due to be collected till Monday - Well yes cause I rescheduled them due to being unable to obtain any support Would I use again? Hell No - like is way to short to have to deal with dramas like this - 7 days on customers are still waiting on their 2 day carrier parcels.

Poor delivery experience from Yodel. 2 day delivery took excessively longer than the advertised time. Sent on 9th December and delivered on 20th December.

Easy to use online. Good rate for what I was sending. Good email updates etc. Parcel delivered promptly.

It is very straight forward with all paperwork ready to be printed within a short time. My parcels are collected the following day and it’s a very smooth operation.

Parcel monkey is easy to use and book a courier service. However I chose Yodel which was a huge mistake, parcel has been ‘out for delivery’ for 2 days so far but hasn’t been delivered and I have been informed by customer service that it may not be delivered for another week which is unacceptable to me. I wont use Yodel ever again.

Great company when things go well. However. I recently sent two parcels (2nd Dec 22) to two locations (Bath & Leicester) using DX Freight via Parcel monkey. DX managed to fix the incorrect barcodes to each parcel so the leicester ended up in bath and vice versa. I spent a week arranging the re collection of both parcels, the Leicester arrived in the correct location but damaged. The Bath parcel went to Paisley! Where it sat until I further chased, eventually arriving 2 weeks after dispatch in Bath and you guessed it DAMAGED. Parcel monkey are refusing to pay compensation despite insurance being paid for on top of the £80 to ship each item.

I was not happy with City Sprint who took the job. It was booked for Friday afternoon but they didnt assign a driver. I had to call several times and eventually at 5pm on Friday they asked to move the job to Monday. They said I wouldnt loose my money because it was switched to another day despite it being the companys fault. The delivery happened on Monday but only after 3 further phone calls to make sure someone would pick up the package.

Parcel Monkey is the only company who have delivered their promise to get the parcel to the USA before Christmas. It did not quite deliver on promise of 5 days, but the parcel was delivered well before Christmas and that was the object of the exercise.

I have used the company several times over a period of time, usually the service is very good but occasionally there is a glitch and then it is very tedious and time consuming to get anywhere. Lack of direct phone contact in case of problems is very frustrating.
