Additional charges are levied under the pretext of dimension and weight changes which is not true. Addresse measured the box and weighed it to be exactly as we had booked it for. Very unprofessional indeed.

very bad live chat response. wanted to pay for a parcel and it got stuck at processing. so I couldnt close and start again because I might be charged double. your live chat is not responding it been over 10 minutes!!!

Poor service and customer service. Your luggage is not guaranteed safe to its final destination. Be careful at this festive period/season. There are a lot of good couriers out there. This ones, they dont have numbers or how to get hold of them. So be careful. I lost a full suitcase with all my stuffs in it.

Disgusting company, I sent my parcel, checked weight and measurement’s, had them checked again at postoffice, and left my parcel to go to Australia. On the delivery date they took £62.09 out of my bank and said the weight was 9.2kg instead of 2.8kg, I argued and said my parcel could not have weighed that much, so then they said oh it was the measurements. I paid £46 to send my parcel, then a further £62.09 that was stolen from my account. My bank is continuing with the dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I just want to use this opportunity to tell the world that this company is a scam. I have lost my luggage suitcase ,with all my stuffs and up till now its no where to be found. Please I want you all to be careful with this company especially during this festive period. The dont have any numbers for you to contact neither do they have a good customer service even if you decided to contact via email. It is unfortunate and saddened that no body from the company can attest to any comment or queries about your missing luggage.

I will never use Parcel Monkey again......They take money out my bank with no authorisation. They use the dearest shipping company which I did not agree with...... I would rather use Evri...... GOOD BYE PARCEL MONKEY. You are a rip off.

I trusted parcel monkey with a product return to a clock company in France. Both of the items got stolen whilst in transit, the box arrived ripped and empty with a new weight of 0kg Parcel monkey so far is not taking any responsibility to cover the compensation or refund the cost of delivery, despite this being the contract I made with them. This is distinctively Unethical behaviour that needs to be fully addressed. The lack of integrity to fulfill contracts and agreements is very sketchy. Proceed with caution. There is simply no reason why they cant honour or fulfill this. They are avoiding accountability and Im now making formal complaints and will escalate to POSTRS. I am not done yet until I get the service that I paid for, which is a refund of delivery costs £13.30 and compensation of £60 You would think it would be in the companys interest to pay in order to avoid their lack of transparency being made public? I will update when I am satisfied. If this is not completed then you will know that they have not honoured their contract.

Parcel Monkey gave several options, great. Unfortunately I chose Evri. Evri have kept the parcel in their central hub for two weeks before, its on its way notice popped up. Terrible service from Evri and you cant even speak to anyone! Still not delivered from collection on

I recently booked two DHL collections for next day delivery....I booked the collection for a Thursday and they were not collected until the following Tuesday. I used the chat function on the website but was not provided any compensation or reason why the collection was late.

Do not use this company, they take your money and book on the delivery but once parcel collected a couple of days later you receive an email saying that you have to pay for the parcel to leave the country, so they dont actually factor in all the costs of sending a parcel abroad.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A CON COMPANY
