Scam company, clearly not based in the UK despite to. Co.Uk domain. Placed an order. No shipping label sent, just says processing. Their Asia-staffed online webchat read all my requests for support and didnt reply to any. I had to do a credit card chargeback to get my money back. Book direct with a courier website , dont use these chimps.

Item never collect on time or delivery on time with Courier . I was let down by Courier customers complaints 3 time cancel delay delivery so sad as they were expensive and never delivered the services I paid for next delivery.

Shame there isn’t a no star option. Courier failed first time , no communication as to why. Not automatically rebooked then a 48hr wait only for the same again. I can prove they were a no show at the premises and ParcelMonkeys only response is to offer refund and book elsewhere. An utter nonsense company happy to take money but offer no real-time solutions for their abject failure to even provide a basic service. Customer service is awful. Cannot be trusted to even perform basic logistics and have wasted far too long for both myself and my customer. Avoid - use a company that doesn’t heavily rely on the already incompetent Evri brand of useless drivers who are too lazy to even attend a location so easy to collect from that it begs the question as to how they are still in business. A travesty of a company being held up by a shambles of another . Look elsewhere as these monkeys can’t even move parcels.

I received bad feedback from an eBay customer because their parcel was not delivered because of lack of address information. I entered the address given to me by eBay. The problem was that when I entered the address selecting it with postcode there were too many characters. No matter how I tried it would not let me enter more then 48 letters. This meant I had to leave letters out. The address I submitted to you was readable but not obviously enough for the Parcelforce delivery person. So customer not happy with me and gave me bad feedback so I lost my 100%. This was sent to a customer in Stansted

Was told 4 to 6 days and the parcel arrived in the time, with strikes involved as well. Will definitely use Parcel Minkey again

Your process did not clarify things about price and more importantly about delivery ETA. I had committed to the deal before realising that it would not get my parcel to its destination as I’d hoped. It did not clarify when 24 or 48 express starts from. I went for 24, mailed it before 4pm on Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Also, it is impossible to find a suitable way to co tact you when there are quick questions to answer. I am unlikely to use parcel monkey again as I will just select a provider myself.

Realise there have been strikes in the UK but parcel took 22days to be delivered to Perth Australia. Box had been opened (which is fine) but had not been resealed and arrived bashed. Luckily nothing fragile sent

Booked my parcels in to be collected on monday, its now wednesday and Evri have still not collected. Went onto live chat and recieved a full refund and apology after i requested that they cancel my collection.
Evri are giving parcel monkey a bad name, used them for years with no problems up until now. Advice to anyone using Parcel monkey, book your parcels in, but pay a bit extra and use a different company than Evri.
My 7 year old granddaughter will now not have a gift to open on her birthday tomorrow, im not happy!!

The best thing about my experience was the speed that the package was delivered to my family in the US.
The only problem I had was in printing the US Customs Forms. I had to download a special app to do so and it would have been helpful if advice on printing had been available.

The parcel arrived almost a month late, and under Courier,s terms and conditions, I should be due a full refund. However, they only refunded me 50%.

one of 5 boxes not delivered. Meant to be next day despite the strikes and has taken nearly 2 weeks. The strikes should have been accounted for when accepting next day orders, there are lots of other couriers. dropped for collection on the 30th, still not all received on the 7th.

What a nonsense! I was trying to book a parcel delivery from uk to eu, got through addresses, items info, relevant codes, etc., just to got the message please select an alternative service, unfortunately the service youve chosen isnt suitable for one of the addresses youve provided. Like seriously? Why I wasnt given this message before I spent a lot of time listing my items? Complete lack of respect for the customer!

Horrible service. Please, dont use it. Use ParcelForce or other courier directly. The insurance is a scam and the parcel will go to their depot if returned. You will be asked to pay more than the double you paid already to return the parcel to your address. There is no customer care whatsoever. If you have issues, their response time is between 6h and 24h if you are lucky. Id recommend to stay away from ParcelMonkey.

Parcel took 10 days via Parcelforce Express 48. it arrived broken in pieces. I submitted photos and description of damage. ParcelMonkey told me that I was not covered by any insurance despite Parcelforce Express48 having a standard £100 insurance cover included in the service. What they dont tell you is they are cheaper because they change the standard terms of service and ParcelForce insurance isnt included. They closed my claim so I could not contact them or find out any further information. Avoid and go direct to a reputable courier.

I booked four days ahead of needing the collection and my packages have STILL not been collected, now missing the deadline for delivery as the recipients needed them before they went away. Shocking response from "customer services". I had to go back into the website and rebook both collections. No refund option at all. Truly appalling. Will NEVER use again and most certainly would not reccomend, ever!

The parcel was taken to the local shop for collection on the 29th November .I paid for next day delivery £9.18 which meant it should have been delivered by 1.12.22 which is when it was needed.As of today 6.12.22 the parcel the still has been not been delivered .Abysmal service all the way around .Its impossible to contact Courier so no parcel arrived at it destination and out of pocket very angry and will not bother again with this service .I shall be looking for compensation as the contract to deliver within time scale had been broken.Even the shop which takes the parcels in is fed up with Courier and cancelling their contract with them. My advice is dont bother using this service

1) tracking button is a joke, no way to paste number there. Must open separate tracking window to paste. Waste of time. 2) once you paste the PM tracking number it takes you to DHL site where you must MANUALLY type in DHL tracking number. THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE !!!

Items arrived but paid for Express 48 and took it to the post office but it arrived 6 days later. I took it to the post office at the beginning of the week in November.
