Awful company, I paid for next day delivery and it finally arrived 24 hours late. I paid this company extra money for next day. Tried calling them, on hold for 30 minutes, finally got to speak to someone who said she would connect my call but just cut me off. There is no comeback from them, no partial refund, they say these things happen and they can, if Id used Royal Mail I would have got a full refund. I wont ever use Parcel Monkey again, I feel cheated. I would advise people to use a company you trust and can rely on, this isnt Parcel Monkey as they dont value customers

dropped my parcel off at the designated drop off point..I contacted the recipient 8 days later only to be told it never arrived so on checking I found it still at the drop off point,contacted PM only to find they were UNAWARE that no parcels had been collected for at least 8 days..my parcel was finally collected and arrived 10 days after posting..I complained to PM and requested a refund of the £9 fee however they flatly refused claiming( terms and conditions) that the parcel was delivered less than 5 working days after Courier collected it (8 days late)..so no refund for atrocious service and customer care...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE....

The courier company DPD was supposed to another courier during a 1- hour time period, I was at home working only 3 metres from the front door which has a bell and door knocker but the courier never arrived and I was sent an email saying I was not there when he called!!! I rebooked for the following day and waited all day for the parcel to be collected, no text/email from DPD to give a 1-hour time slot this time and I waited in all day until it was collected after 4 pm... no apology or explanation from the courier.

Parcel Monkey’s service has gone downhill! I had been a loyal customer of Parcel Monkey UK for years until they stopped working with Courier since the Covid pandemic started. The current courier service suppliers from their UK route to HK are only run by ParcelForce and DPD… I’ve tried both, and both have been the worst shipping companies on earth, late delivery, incomplete tracking info and even lost my parcels before. Whatever you expect a good courier service provider to offer, they both are lack of the criteria. My parcel was shipped on 22nd Nov through DPD from London to HK, which was scheduled to be delivered today according to DPD’s online tracking system. It is a scam given the fact of my parcel is currently nowhere to be found. The whole situation is utterly frustrating as the PM service rep can only offer very generic responses like robots. I wonder if they work to ruin customers’ lives for living.

What a wonderful company ! Found me the cheapest rate to send my parcel which was quite large. The parcel was collected the next day and delivered by the following day. Could not believe it !! I wholeheartedly recommend you use this company for all your parcels.

2 day delivery stuck in NL with no option to communicate 10 days later. Booked and paid for Global Priority service on PM website to ensure I could follow only to be told by Parcel force the service they had booked from PM was Euro Economy which you couldnt track further. Terrible and wont be using them again

I would never use PM again. My 24-hour Evri parcel containing £200 of presents has been on the way for six days, and all they say is wait. It’s a whole extra layer of ineptitude on top of Evri’s normal ineptitude and I can’t even talk to them directly

I wasnt happy with the €80 customs duty put o the parcel prior to delivery. When you add the contents of the parcel there should be a warning of the amount of possible duty / tax that could be due to be paid. I felt the parcel was being held at ransom & wouldnt be released until paid. I wouldnt mind but it was only clothes & some Christmas decorations. I wouldve been cheaper to put a hold case on the plane.
