You are misleading your customers. We gave you one returned parcel for deals in the same packaging what we received. You charged us £ 28.68 + vat . Now you send us the email that you send us the email that yo will charge additional £ 64.60 inc. vat. Which is not acceptable. Because all the dimension and weight given to you what was mentioned in original box which we returned it to you. Please note the debit card details given to you only to charge original payment of £ 28.68 at the time of booking and if you will try to take any extra payment it will be consider fraud and we will take legal help to recover £10000.00 for the fraud you are committing with your customers. I will also advise never use your company for any services.

Rip off. They charged me an extra $80 because I estimated the weight of my parcel to be MORE than it was. Surely you would assume it would be less, as its LIGHTER than what i expected.

Easy to use website

Parcel monkey was great in terms of comparing all couriers. However, i chose parcel force, paid over £20 to return an item which was then damaged beyond use in transit. Their standard insurance cover is £60 which is a bit of a joke when you have actually paid for a service which hasnt been effectively delivered.

It was supposed to be delivered on 8th but wasnt picked up until 8th. Then delivered a day late and nothing to tell me it had been delivered. I looked for a company that could do the job and your company said it could but didnt deliver on time.

The time took for parcel this one and 2 subsequent went not bad at all. But this last parcel and one before were never even attempted to deliver, I am paying for them to be deliver not send a notification to pick up when they have not even tried to deliver. This is the second time now!

When I found it difficult to track my parcel through the senders website the help staff at Parcel Monkey solved my issue within 5mins.

Good prices and delivered on time.
The space for text on the address and parcel info form could be bigger though, as there was not enough space to write the recipients email address (I had to use a colleagues shorter email instead), and similar with some address details.

Parcel Monkey charged £17.29 for the parcel and then charged another £17.19 because they say "Additional charges occur when the dimensions and / or weight that you provided for your parcel at the time of booking are lower than the dimensions and / or weight recorded by the courier company." I emailed them "Can you please let me know the exact reason why you have made these charges." But no response. I measured and weighed this parcel myself and I am sure it was correct. An explanation as to exact reason for this additional charge is not unreasonable. Right now I feel like I am being ripped off. Be careful when using this company

Posted on 31 October and as per web site 4-6 days to deliver but still not arrived. Ws very careful with measurements and weight and allowed extra after measuring weighing parcel only to get £6 extra charge. That being said if it gets there i will be happy - be a late birthday present now.

Ive used Parcelmonkey/Parcelforce on quite a few occassions before and normally the service was great. However on the last occasion( I no longer use them after the last experience) a wholesale order was delivered days late and recipient subsequently went on holiday. I sent a message to bring the parcel to a neighbours address, however the driver left the parcel outside the recipients home instead. Despite many messages to Parcelmonkey to retrieve the parcel as recipient was on holiday and parcel was left exposed to the elements I kept receiving a response that they were waiting a response from the courier. That last "waiting for response"was on 26th October ! The date when the recipient finally came back form their holiday and reported a soaking box with goods inside mostly destroyed. For me as a small business the loss of money having to redo this order was bad enough but the loss of time having to remake it at what was already a particularly stressful time in our family was frankly worse. Parcelforce/ Parcelmonkey between the two of them made the mistake of leaving the goods outside but the disappointing part was that they did not correct it.This was as simple as sending the driver back to retrieve the goods that should never have been left outside in the first place as they were not authorised to do so. The fact that it wasnt corrected shows how little they care about their customers.

Parcel sent with them measured and weighed accused of not having the right details on.For a £10 parcel I was charged £65 extra on top.This is not the difference in price but a penalty.They didn’t give me a chance to prove it they stole the money from my account leaving me short of money.After sending them evidence I’m told to wait for an email telling me what wrong this has never come.In the meantime my account is overdrawn
