simple website, effective, reassuringly brief and to the point, no error click through is not always found and appreciated here, delivery prices with good very similar options, and the price good. I will use again.

I trusted parcel monkey with a product return to a clock company in France. Both of the items got stolen whilst in transit, the box arrived ripped and empty with a new weight of 0kg Parcel monkey so far is not taking any responsibility to cover the compensation or refund the cost of delivery, despite this being the contract I made with them. This is distinctively Unethical behaviour that needs to be fully addressed. The lack of integrity to fulfill contracts and agreements is very sketchy. Proceed with caution. There is simply no reason why they cant honour or fulfill this. They are avoiding accountability and Im now making formal complaints and will escalate to POSTRS. I am not done yet until I get the service that I paid for, which is a refund of delivery costs £13.30 and compensation of £60 You would think it would be in the companys interest to pay in order to avoid their lack of transparency being made public? I will update when I am satisfied. If this is not completed then you will know that they have not honoured their contract.

Parcel Monkey gave several options, great. Unfortunately I chose Evri. Evri have kept the parcel in their central hub for two weeks before, its on its way notice popped up. Terrible service from Evri and you cant even speak to anyone! Still not delivered from collection on

I recently booked two DHL collections for next day delivery....I booked the collection for a Thursday and they were not collected until the following Tuesday. I used the chat function on the website but was not provided any compensation or reason why the collection was late.

Do not use this company, they take your money and book on the delivery but once parcel collected a couple of days later you receive an email saying that you have to pay for the parcel to leave the country, so they dont actually factor in all the costs of sending a parcel abroad.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A CON COMPANY

I have only given one star because I have had to, Im a disabled elderly lady who needed a oven sent back shop, they took money out of my account, they didnt show up for pick up, will only answer questions through account messaging and have to wait 3 plus hours for reply, still havent resolved problem, cant speak to anyone in person even on request , absolutely disgusting service, done nothing to help but caused me so much anxiety and worry.

The box looks like it has been kicked around like a football. It was well packed and included fragile tape! I paid more with you so it was looked after well but despite that it’s still open and damaged.

The Parcel monkey team were as helpful as they could be but were badly let down by parcelforce. It was claimed delivery was 3-4 days when I booked the parcel in but 14 days later it’s still not delivered. It was parts for a car sent to Spain to arrive when my husband did. No parts and he has long left to get a ferry still with dodgy windscreen wipers. Will use Parcel Monkey again but never Parcelforce who are obviously stating delivery targets they can’t reach to get the business

My parcel was not collected. The driver arrived at the hotel and was told the parcel was not there. It was but no one phoned the contact number to check what had gone wrong and the driver left without my parcel. I am now going to have to pay again to rearrange the collection.

Box got smashed up. And they charged over £13 on top of the postage to get it returned to me. They are dragging their feet on how I make a claim for the breakages. Theyve decided they wont pay out even for the non service they didnt provide. Or the damages caused.

Despite choosing Parcelforce as the option from Parcel Monkey that offered high speed and reasonable cost my parcel to New Zealand took a total of 13 days from leaving at a post office in the Uk to delivery. This was allegedly a priority service! Parcelforce defer responsibility to Parcelmonkey, Parcelmonkey’s terms and conditions essentially exempt them from responsibility. Avoid at all cost or use a reputable agent!

Terrible company with terrible service. Promising the service they don’t give and steal your money!! Avoid using them at all costs!! They caused me a great deal of headache and anxiety just to get through to them and open a case for a damaged parcel they were responsible for, only to tell me they closed my case shortly after! Day time rubbery at its finest…

Worst service you can ever imagine. They charge you extra for insurance in case something happens to your parcel and never even reply or sort out the issue. Just a bunch of incompetent people gathered together to steal money from people’s pockets. Day time rubbery and rubbish service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

I always use you and always review at 5* but - I was cross to have to pay an extra £13 - I measured and weighed parcel Correctly- I assume it’s not you but parcelforce - but there seems to be no other choice on your site when sending to Australia. Also, not all of the items were detailed on manifest so I had to hand write them on

Having previously complained about the lack of communication with DPD Driver and mishandling of parcel, this time DPD were excellent.
Two men arrived at the door, both were smiling and polite. One picked up the parcel and the other held the van door open so the parcel was handled with the best care possible Collection and delivery times were always excellent so 10 out of 10 for DPD. Speak as you find.

I have been charged an extra £64 for my parcel, a pushchair. They want photos of my parcel to prove size. I didnt take any unfortunately. Ironically the same pushchair was delivered to myself May (I bought from someone) and the cost was £11, with same courier, and no extra charges were incurred. Im very confused, they wont help as I dont have photos. Im a bit lost as what to do now.
