Booked collection on a weds for a friday collection. Never got collected rearranged for collection on the Monday still never collected. Seller refunded part of purchase. Still waiting for refund on non carraige.

Poor service. Though most of the blame was Courier. Parcel Monkey was not much help. I booked a Courier to collect a parcel on a Monday. No one came to collect it. Then I got a email to say they would collect on Tuesday. Again no one came to collect. I sent a email off to Parcel Monkey. Then Wednesday arrived and I managed to get onto live chat with Parcel Monkey. They told me they couldnt contact Courier to see if they was collecting that day. No one came to collect on Wednesday. Thursday came around and I got a email from Courier saying they will attempt to collect today and they actually did collect it and was delivered to the buyer on the Friday. I paid the extra so the buyer could get it on Tuesday but didnt get it until the Friday. I wont be using Courier again and I doubt ill use Parcel Monkey again.

I booked this on a next day delivery because it was urgent and chose Courier,It was collected no problem then around 5pm on the delivery day I got an irate message from the customer demanding to know where her parcel was and saying the tracking number Id supplied simply said delayed and shed tried phoning Courier to be met with an automated service that after youd gone through the options, added the tracking number etc a recorded message said your parcel has been delayed and contact sender then hangs up! I tried using every option and you cant speak to anyone, Their website contact us section says emails can take upto 4 days to get a reply!! messenger can take up to 2 hours to reply so I had to use that option. My message sent at 16:42 explaining the situation that the tracking says delayed at 7:59 am that day and asking where is my parcel? when will it be delivered? why wasnt I contacted when they had phone and email addresses? Was replied to at 18:56 with "Hi Vince, I can see your parcel was collected yesterday however it was not moved on to the delivery depot in time for delivery today. This is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Thanks Tom" I was very angry I deal with customers and when you cant complete your job on time you contact the customer, give an explanation of why and try your best to keep them happy. On this occasion I paid for a next day delivery that wasnt completed on time and I had to do the chasing up to find out what was going on which is ridiculously slow and over complicated to get a simple question answered and got a less than satisfactory reason for the delay and no explanation as to why I hadnt been contacted!

Collection for a next day delivery was missed, courier emailed to say we were not in. We were and as we were working we got the email immediately. Contacting Courier is not possible other than an automated system which only tells you when your parcel is expected. No phone option to call Parcel Monkey so it is an online chat. I explained that the courier had not been to our property and that the driver needed calling. Parcel Monkey forwarded on the same information Courier had already emailed over to me saying we were not in. Unfortunately too much time passed and the driver was no longer in the area. Never received any follow up on what actually happened to the collection other than a request to complete this survey. Seems in todays modern tech filled world some companies are unwilling to engage with customers and incapable of dealing with problems efficiently.

I sent a parcel via a drop off on Saturday at the post office collected on Monday and was delivered Thursday afternoon in Fethiye Turkey. I have never known a delivery that quick. 7 days yes and we thought that was good.

I would have given 5 stars if the tracking had been constant throughout the journey but only tracked up to the UK BORDER.
I had no idea where the parcel was until it was delivered.

What I eventually booked was good in the end but it was frustrating that the service I initially selected only notified as not available after I had entered all my pick up and delivery address data along with package information and then it was all erased. Website should preserve data if selected service not available.

im still awaiting refund from these monkeys as there courier never collected last thursday after waiting in all day and promised it would be collected best part is 7 days on and no refund at all from these monkeys so i dont reckon i will get it best part is i see loads of reviews where they go into customers bank account and take money from there account think ill stick with HERMES ow after all sent hundreds with them and never had any hassle i send 2 parcels with these monkeys and get a load of hassle and no refund you should be called parcel- con- monkeys

My Parcel is missing and I keep getting fobbed off with the same replies from parcel monkey. This has resulted in me having to refund my customer £200 and my item is missing. This is something I sold to raise funds to help make ends meet as I lost my job due to the Corona Virus. Very upset customer!
