Fantastic service.
Came next day and about 5 working days to get to Spain.
We have used other carriers many times and always a problem. Always takes weeks to deliver and pick up sometimes a weeks wait.
Will use again and given us confidence to send parcels to grandchildren again as we had given up!!
Can’t praise enough!

Shocking service. Parcel got picked up in the morning of 3 July. Another guy turns up in the afternoon to pick it up. Tracker showed customer was missed. They didnt know who pucked parcel up. Today tracker showed parcel at dispatch center. Now they are saying they need a lro forma invoice. It was attached to the parcel. Too much hassle. My bank will be contacted for a refund if not delivered in the next few. Next time i would rather pay a bit more and use a reputable company. No number to make contact. Shocking. Not sure how they do business.

Sent a parcel to Ireland, said it would take 5 days.. took 2! Parents are isolating so sent them a custom puzzle to do. They have already got half way through!

I decided to use a service other than the post office as I wanted a parcel to get from the UK to the USA extra fast. I booked the parcel in at the parcel monkey site, printed all the documents and labels and made the parcel ready. I was told it would be picked up the following day (no time given). We made sure someone was in all day. No show. Next day the same. Ended up sending via our normal route 2 days later than usual. I contacted parcel monkey about the problem. Id received no emails or explanation why it wasnt collected. I asked for a refund and I did get that a few days after putting in my complaint which is the one good thing. Would not recommend. Cost me a lot of time. I wont use again.

Great Efficient and cost saving service, saves at least £30 on pay in the post office for parcel force global prioity and makes the post office drop off far quicker than having to wait to pay etc. I would only send parcels to Canada using parcel monkey to arrange my parcelforce now.

Very disapointed indeed. I booked a 24 service which took a week to be delivered. No partial refund of my fees offered. I feel that I have not been provided the service I paid for. Not recomended.

I insured the delivery of a TV. I clearly stated in the description during the purchase of Insurance that the Item was a TV. After they delivered my TV damaged they refused to pay for the damage telling me that TVs are not included in T&C of Insurance. They accepted and kept the money I paid for the insurance knowing the content was a TV. The support told me to write a complain and so I did. They didnt even bother to reply. On my opinion This is a scam and consumer should be protected!!!

Parcel Monkey operates inside a loophole that means its not regulated as a postal service/communications company so there is no ombudsman. If they dont respond to your complaints you can take them to court. CAB will be able to advise you of the wording to use in communication with them so that you can win your case

According to the recipient, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address causing much panic and stress. Thankfully the driver did realise his mistake and went back to collect the parcel from the wrong address and he did deliver it to the right one - but over one hour late.

So we bought a new (still in original packaging) induction hob and arranged for Parcel Monkey to collect, we took out the maximum £300 insurance for a cost of £10 also. The product arrived smashed, we were advised by Parcel Force driver not to accept it - now PM advise they wont pay out because we dont have the goods or a photo. Disgusting company wriggling out of your committments to your customers - no excuses. Suggest avoiding like the plague. Were now well out of pocket.

For those wanting a quick summary: - Theyll send you an email saying your parcel has been collected, even if it hasnt - They wont offer to rectify the problem, just rebook under the same service (so the "next day" may end up being a couple of days after that) - They wont send you any communications acknowledging there was a problem ------------ Booked to have a parcel collected via DX Next Day delivery, and the tracking number never worked (great start). Finally had an email stating the parcel was on its way, however the seller told me they were still in possession of the parcel and no driver had ever turned up! I spoke to DX live chat who told me the driver simply "ran out of time" and so it would need to be rebooked through Parcel Monkey (which is absolute madness), and so I spoke to Parcel Monkey support via live chat. They were very flippant, asking if Id simply like to rebook for the following day (2 days after the intended collection date). Despite them offering a same day service, they told me it wasnt possible to rebook with that service. So all in all, Ive had to ask an eBay seller to be available for collection for another day, Ive had to book another service (definitely through another website) at my own expense, and all the while my email inbox tells me the parcel is on its way (with absolute no signs that anything has gone wrong). DX should also get a shout-out for simply cancelling a collection when their drivers "run out of time" for collections. So tough luck, whether your parcel ever gets picked up or not is a game of chance (and you wont get told if you lose, unless you ask). Huge thumbs up all around. Well done.

Copy and pate scripts mean that your staff do not look at each ticket as an individual situation and apply common sense - plus stealing money is not cool

Parcel booked for a 3-4 day delivery to South Africa ..... still waiting for it to arrive almost a week later !!!! Cannot blame Covid as I had a parcel delivered from South Africa two weeks prior with one the timeline of 3-4 days. Will think twice about using Parcel Monkey again ????

Excellent service. Used for the first time recently. The parcel arrived in Germany in 3 days with insurance for about a quarter of the price quoted for the same service by the local Post Office. I chose a drop off service with Parcel Force and just dropped the parcel off at the Post Office after booking through Parcel Monkey and paying online. I could track the parcel all the way and ask any questions through online chat. In this case I printed the labels with barcodes. There are some options where the courier collects the parcel and prints the labels if you dont have a printer. I will definitely check Parcel Monkeys prices first before sending parcels in future.

THE WORST! Sent a few items with this company now since last year and almost every single one took forever! 3-4 day Parcelforce delivery actually takes 2-3 weeks! This company takes longer than standard international tracked and signed for post with royal mail but charges 3 times the price!! Absolutely ridiculous!
